⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Mr. Attic – Rodent Proofing & Insulation Services! I contacted them for an estimate, and Sean was able to come out quickly to inspect both our attic and crawl space. What really impressed me was his honesty. After checking everything, he told us that the attic looked fine and that our crawl space was dry and in good condition. He specifically told us there was no need to spend money on work that wasn’t necessary. Some contractors might recommend extra work just to make money, but Sean was completely honest and straightforward. He even came out and did the inspection for free, even though there ended up being no work for him to charge us for. It’s not easy to find this kind of honesty and professionalism. Sean was quick, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I really appreciate that he put the homeowner’s best interest first instead of trying to make a sale. Excellent service! These guys are pros. They assessed the situation quickly and professionally. We had a rodent issue in the crawl space and they got rid of them, sealed everything, cleaned and disinfected and even fixed all the damage left by the rodents. Quick, effective and super professional. These guys are the only ones that did not try to push me into buying unnecessary services.

We had a great experience with Mr. Attic Insulation. The team did an excellent job installing our insulation and was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. After the installation, we experienced a rodent issue. Even though it wasn’t directly caused by the insulation work, they stood behind their service and came back to address the problem as part of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Rats got into the crawlspace under our house via gaps in the side vents. When my home trapping efforts were unsuccessful in capturing much of what had become a large infestation, I contacted four companies to inspect and provide quotes. One company provided a $17K quote excluding replacing the attic insulation and refused to do the project unless I paid for a concrete rat slab install. This was our first issue of this type after 20 years in the house and I did not see a need for a concrete rat slab. The other three companies were more price competitive. I thought Sean provided the best inspection presentation and discussion, explaining considerations, answering my questions and working on a plan for long-term resolution of the problem while managing to a reasonable cost. I selected Mr. Attic for the job and Sean and Rachel proved to be good communicators and project managers. We had them clean out and rodent proof our attic as well, even though there was no recent sign of rat activity there. There was significant damage to HVAC ducts under the house which Mr. Attic cleaned, repaired, and replaced as was needed, and we also had them replace the insulation in the attic. Our total project cost was one-third of the "slab required" company even with attic insulation added. The crew that did the work was professional in their actions while working throughout our house and did a great job clearing out all the old materials in the crawlspace and attic. They rodent proofed the attic, crawlspace, and even our garage to close off any points of entry. We believe their HVAC duct work and attic insulation has benefited our household climate control and reduced energy usage. We just hit the two year mark since the last rats were captured and there has not been a single reoccurrence. I was very pleased with the work done by Mr. Attic and have recommended their service many times to others experiencing rodent infestations.

Having recently purchased a new home with limited attic access and not being fully aware of the past history with squirrels rats and mice over the past 30 years my new home had endured, I was uncomfortably surprised once I traversed the difficult access for myself. It was at this point I knew I was in for a significant cleanup job in order to make this home my own. Who to call? (1) First I called my license electrician to inspect advise and resolve anything discovered. During that process I hauled away 15 bags of insulation to the dumps and knew I needed help! It's a big job. (2) I inspected, and contacted a roofer through our association to block and hardin this structure against critters! (Access points) (3)Began reviewing local attic cleaning companies and came across Mr Attic, they had many good reviews so I called and spoke with Sean who was able to come out that afternoon and look at the job. I worked in the HVAC field for 34+ years so I tagged along as he crawled through the attic to put together his estimate, it became clear he was extremely experienced which gave me great confidence in the job I would get from this company. I was given a price and scope of work which felt reasonable and thorough. (Note) This attic had numerous tight insulated locations that upon completion were fully cleaned out.Then my electrician come through once again for a final look. Mr Attic was very accommodating with my timing. As Mr Attic can handle all aspects of this kind of job upon their return to install fresh new insulation I also had them replace the return air duct for HVAC that had numerous failures over the years due to critters and a bit of collapsing due to a tight space install, both the insulation and the ductwork looks great! They also did some critter screen and ceiling in vulnerable locations in attic and under house. The work and home environment was kept very clean throughout the whole process! Attentive to customer requests/questions, would not hesitate to refer - very pleased with services

Knowing I had rodents in my attic, I did some searching and sent requests for quotes to 5 companies. Three responded and all three sent someone to talk to me. Two of the three were larger companies and had pre rehearsed presentations and really tried to close the sale on the spot. Sean was older and more experienced; he walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Based on Seans experience I awarded him the job. His crew were very professional, careful around furniture and artwork. They put covering where necessary and cleaned up after the workday was done. My attic was rodent proofed and new insulation installed. Throughout the process when every I had a request or question, Rachel and/or Sean would respond very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Mr. Attic to anyone in need.

You can't go wrong with this company. They were recommended to me by my neighbors who selected them from many for their responsiveness and reasonable quote. Subsequently they were also pleased with the results. This echoes my experience as well. Sean, Rachel and their work team are competent, thorough and very responsive in their follow-up. I required attic and crawl space cleaning with installation of new insulation and new ductwork. The team came out several times to ensure no additional rodent activity before installing the new materials; they really went the extra mile to make sure that all avenues of entry are sealed. As a postscript to the above which was written for Yelp in January 2025, I called Sean this morning with a question about the attic insulation. About 4 or 5 years we had a serious rodent infestation in the attic of our old house. Mr. Attic did a great job of removing all the funky old insulation (probably 40-50 years old and full of rodent debris) and cleaning everything up. Then they were very thorough in finding every nook and cranny that rodents could get in - from eaves to crawlspaces and cracks in between. After they were certain they had excluded the rodents, they installed new insulation. It's been a wonderful 4+ years, but recently something managed to get back under the house, so we called Mr. Attic again. They came out and did another thorough and professional job. They always show up on time and do a great job. I highly recommend them for dealing with your rodents and funky attic spaces!

We had a rat infestation in our attic and crawl space. They replaced our attic & crawl space insulation, rodent proofed our house, fixed two plumbing leaks and replaced three air ducts in our tight crawl space. They also sent us photos and videos of the work and came back twice for follow ups. Highly recommended.

The cleaning, sanitation, insulation, and rodent proofing of the attic and crawl space were all completed within the proposed timeframe. Sean and Rachel managed the project exceptionally well. They communicated every step of the way, providing us with updates and responding promptly to our questions and concerns. Sean went above and beyond, taking extra time to ensure the rodent proofing was thorough throughout the entire house. We are satisfied customers and appreciate their excellent service.

I wish I could give more stars but no project was done on my end because we never received any estimate. They came to our house to do an estimate and I mentioned what I wanted to get done. I was excited because they provided us 3 options and the pros and cons of each approach. They seem very knowledgeable. I asked to get a quote for each so It could also help me make a decision. A week passed and I followed up regarding the estimate, they told me it would be ready the next day. Two months have passed but I never ever heard from them. I really wanted to work with them but I was dropped without any word.

Sean Rachel and the guys did a great job. They replaced all of the ductwork did clean out and updated. Would highly recommend them. They were able to work with our tight schedule.
