Deceptive sales tactics, pressure contract, illegal charge after cancellation. We had a representative come to our home for what we believed would be a professional inspection. Instead, what we received was a sales pitch. No confirmed evidence of bed bugs was found. The representative openly stated he was "not sure what the issue was," yet immediately pushed us into a one-year contract, claiming that treatment was not available as a one-time service and that a contract was the only option. Darel has been our service person for 3-4 years now. It is so nice to have this consistency with such a dedicated service person. David Sr. and David Jr. tend to every nook and cranny a rodent might find their way in through. We (All Good Plumbing) replaced a water heater in the crawl space of a house that Integrity Rodent Solutions had recently completed rodent proofing. I have never seen a crawlspace sealed so well. In a business where every little crack means a world of difference and integrity truly matters, these guys live up to the name.
