Richland Termite & Construction was referred to us by a neighbor who was super happy with the work they did for them. We hired Richland to inspect our property. Albert came out and spent over two hours carefully checking for termites and showing me where they were active. He then made a variety of recommendations as to what we could do to mitigate further damage, repair the damage already done, and how to avoid significant damage in the future. Stefanie in their office scheduled the required work, sending updates throughout the project as to what had been completed, and what needed to be done next. Work began a few days later and lasted for about two weeks. Hector and Brian were terrific, keeping us up to date with the repairs, what would be worked on next, etc. They worked all areas of the house, including significant repair work under our two-story roof. As they uncovered additional damage previously not visible, they pointed it out and offered to repair that also, offering to work on Saturdays and even July 4! At the end of each day, they cleaned up their work area – including the use of a metal detector to find any nails or screws that may have fallen on the ground! Everyone at Richmond always treated us as if we were part of their family. They took care of our property as if it had been their own. We are now enrolled in their annual inspection program to avoid a recurrence of the significant damage we had until a few days ago. I highly recommend Richland Termite & Construction for your termite inspection, repair, and ongoing maintenance tasks.

I wanted to take the time to share how impressed I was with Richland Termite and Pest Control. I called in a panic regarding a crazy ant infestation. I happened to sit down in my family room and when I looked up at the ceiling .I was shocked! I have never seen so many ants in my life. They were literally along the ceiling line and surrounding the room, I might add not in single file! I called and they happened to have had a technician in the area close to my address. They arrived within an hour and fully resolved the ant issue. I have not seen a single ant still... I will be calling them again as apparently my landscaper advised me this week that he saw an abundance of spiders throughout the yard. He said it was enough to be alarmed enough to not let my toddler play in the yard. I am sure my experience with their professionalism and promptness will once again be met. I highly recommend Richland!

I would like to share my experiences with everyone regarding the termites and construction services done at my house today. Promptness, Professionalism and Caring Services that I received today. I do appreciated Hector Perez and his crew. Thank you for your excellent and trusted work.

My wife and I recently hired Richland to come out and do a termite tenting for our house. It had been a long while since we had our house tented or inspected and knew that we had termite damage in several areas. Joe, our inspector, came out and did what we thought was a fairly thorough review of the home and explained to us what kind of treatment would be needed for our home. We felt like we had a good rapport with Joe so we were leaning heavily towards using Richland after our session with him; however, this was only our second quote so wanted to get an additional opinion. When we had a third company come out to give us a quote, that company did go an extra step and noticed that we had subterranean termites under our home. After receiving that quote, which was higher in price than Richland's, we called Joe at Richland back and explained to him what we discovered from the other company. Joe then offered to come back out to check out under the house. I am not sure why he did not do that in the first place but he was very eager to come back to check it out. When he did return to go under the house to do the subterranean inspection he did confirm that we did have termites under the house as well. After Joe left, we got a call back from Richland matching the price quote of the other company so we decided to go with them. The actual tenting and fumigation process was free of hassles. They explained to us what we would need to do in terms of prepping our home, they came at the time they said they would and the job went off without a hitch! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the missed subterranean inspection but despite that we still feel like they did a good job. We would definitely use them again!
