Renne did a fabulous job at our home. He was respectful of our home and items inside the house. He cleaned the webs under our eves and the patio posts. He spent enough time at our home to finish his work. He communicated with us what he was doing and how long to wait before watering and cleaning our floors. He communicated with us about the time that he would arrive even though his route was going a little longer, calling us allowed us to run an errand before he arrived.He left us a video at

Brooks pest control is awesome!! The technician that came to our home, Angel Zaveleta, is very knowledgeable and did a great job at removing 4 wasp nests and spraying all around our home. He is such a hard worker and really cares about what he does!! So thankful my usual pest control company could not make the time to come out today and we were able to have Angel do the job instead! We are now contracting with Brooks for our pest control from now on!!

I was not notified that they were going to start to spray the chemicals around my house. I had some of my windows open and I had my air conditioner on. I called several times when we signed up for this to have them notify me when they are on the way and when they get here to call or knock on my door to let me know they are going to start so I can make sure all my windows are closed. This is very unacceptable!
