I called him to help us with some issues with trapping that we needed and they really did their best. Haven't ever used a trapping company before so this was my first experience but I can say that they were very honest and that's something I really appreciate! I felt like I was getting a good value!

Used this company for years, however the last couple of services calls were a complete waste of time and money. Company charges $150 to set up traps and with that I got a broken trap that did not work and zero follow-up. One call was regarding an abandon cat, tech came out set up the cage and did not check. Had to call out another service to catch the cat and was still billed for the service from Animal Boy. Second call was a opossum in an attic, though a broken cage was set up, it took weeks and a confrontation with the business owner to resolve. My tenants were given the run around, vendor didn't show up for scheduled appointments, etc. Opossum was eventually removed, however entry point was not sealed so opossum was back a week later! Yet billed $150.00 for their service and I ended up having to use another animal trapping service. Regarding response from owner: Unhappy now? You responded to my review 4 years later.

failure to follow up, repeated missed appointments, zero communication and now a reinfestation that’s more virulent and persistent than the first! $500 for three weeks of flea bites, skunk turds and aggravation

Highly recommend this service. We had a couple of skunks living in our crawlspace. I called Steve and he headed over the next day to set up traps. For the next couple of weeks he was very communicative via text and stopped by frequently to reset the traps. Once the skunks were gone, he sealed up our crawlspace for a small fee. The process was really easy and cost less than I expected. And best of all, we are skunk free.
