While the staff members at the organization are polite and professional the monthly service for my home in long beach was ineffective. We originally called to have Dewey control the spiders around our home in Long Beach. The treatment was ineffective and I had to hire an arborist to trim the trees around the house. After cancelling the monthly service we where charged a $150.00 cancellation fee. The website and messaging say this is a "family owned business" and they care about customer serv

Dewey Pest Control did a Fantastic Job!! They were so Helpful with Helping me get rid of the Terrible Flea Problem we had!! Never in Our Life did we have a Flea Issue like this!! I’ve been a customer of Dewey’s for several years. The service is decent. The tech shows up as scheduled. However the billing system is off. It’s time for updated data for more detail explanations for charges and or increases.
