American Pest Control gives us friendly courteous service each month at my workplace to keep bugs out and stray mice under control.

Ely at APC has gone above and beyond as our technician. I used another local company in the past and I never knew who the technician was and that company was never consistent. APC and Ely are consistent, Ely always communicates with me, he watches out for our dogs, and most important, I do not have a pest control problem.

Karlo from American Pest Control was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and explained everything clearly. He treated my place for roaches, and on his 2-week follow-up, I hadn’t seen a single one, not even one! His work was fast, thorough, and truly effective. Thank you, Karlo!!! You’re amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs treatment for roaches or any type of insects. One of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with!

We have been very happy with American Pest Control over the past several years. Josh Lee has reliably been servicing our rat traps every month since we have had them. Customer service has also been very helpful and accommodating every time I’ve needed to reschedule. American Pest Control has even saved me money by making suggestions on how to get rid of spiders without paying for an extra service. They are an honest and reliable company.

Calvin Kinz has stayed on top of for our needs. Appreciate being assigned one continually, give great continuity with our facility. Great service and the notification a day ahead is much appreciated.

Our technician Willy came to work on our home. He was so knowledgeable and detailed and professional. He replaced some boards for us that were very difficult to find (I hadn't been able to find them myself), but he was persistent and quick and made sure we received a quality replacement while treating our house. He has a really kind demeanor and educated us along the way. We will definitely ask for him the next time we have any pest control issues! Our initial inspection was done by Kopa who is also very kind, gentle, and respectful.. another very knowledgeable professional. We were worried about a potential mess, but there was none! Willy left his working areas cleaner than they were before he came! My husband and I appreciated this great team so much!! Thank you!!!

I live right off Switzer Canyon in South Park, so have rodents who love to visit my house and garage. They’d eaten all the wiring on my kitchen appliances, which I then had to replace…every last one. American Pest Control came highly recommended by a friend, so I called and had them come out. They took care of the problem! Now I’m on a monthly maintenance plan…so easy, and my guy Calvin is the best!

He arrived exactly on time and outlined the various rodent exclusion and repairs that he was going to be working on today. Willy took pictures of all the work done and forwarded to us for review. Had an issue with a few uninvited visitors in our garage and kitchen. Called American pest and they sent out Willy to service the next day. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

We have had a monthly service contract with American Pest Control for well over a year. We are VERY satisfied with their service. They show up when they're scheduled, work quickly and quietly, and are very effective at eliminating pests. Our technician Calvin is particularly diligent and helpful. I woke up to an huge parade of ants the last two days and immediately scheduled service! Isaac was kind and friendly. He was super attentive in placing interior ant gel throughout my house and was detailed with the cobweb removal and spraying in the exterior. 5 Stars +++

American Pest Control was used by the seller's agent in a property we were buying for the termite inspection. They noted some wood damage from dry rot so there were likely some termite colonies. We had a competing inspection which covered a little more wood damage then what was on their report but it was much more expensive, they said they would use American Pest and give us credits in the difference and I had reached out and was able to talk to Clint Marquez who did the initial inspection and he gave me some confidence in his ability to find the other damage and do proper remediation and since the seller agreed to use them and pay the cost it seemed we would be getting a good deal. He ended up missing a lot of the damage and they tried to come back out but we were not home, then they tried to come out again but nobody showed up and when I texted Clint I got no response. For the little bit of dry rot remediation he did and the tenting for about 3.5k I guess you get what you pay for. Make sure all damage is properly accounted for. They only get 2 stars because at least there was some semblance of decent communication. *****UPDATE***** I erroneously said Clint ghosted me, but I had texted him that we would be available slightly after the scheduled time that morning to check the missed spots and never updated him that no one showed up. He reached out and said sorry that no one came by and he would get someone out there ASAP. Two of his workers came by and did the dry rot remediation. Review revised from 2 to 4 stars.

Some termite companies try to burn you, and this certainly seemed like one of them. We got a total of three termite reports done, the lowest bid came in at $4900. American Pest boasts "the lowest costs in the industry", their bid was almost $10,000. Could have completely derailed this purchase, nice try ya crooks!

Willy and Enrique went about their job and did not have interruptions. They fixed the things on the list and were done within the day. Gave me the walk thru at the end. Good job guys.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Every time I call this place to schedule for services the person in charge of scheduling gives you a very negative attitude and scolds you for calling them! This has happened for 3 years now. I would not use them but our property manager has a contract with them so I am forced to use them. The reps who come out are great but their office and administration or management clearly has a problem and they don't seem to care about customers.

Better rate than others I checked, plus they gave a discount for finding them on yelp. My only wish, was that the tech would have told me exactly where he was going to spray, I had the throw out some herbs I had because they got sprayed. But the ants are gone!

Effective and professional

IN MY OPINION, IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO A TENT FUMIGATION ON YOUR BUILDING!!!!!! I will attempt to keep this review short and to the point. Clint, an employee of American Pest Control, attended a pre-fumigation meeting for the residents of the building I live in. I asked him if the extremely toxic Vikane gas would harm any of my belongings (except, of course, the ones on the list we were given of things to remove from the house or put in special bags) and he said that it would do no harm to my belongings. But, as you have probably guessed, it DID harm something, a very SPECIAL something of mine - a pink Himalayan salt lamp. The lamp was given to me recently by one of my favorite people. I really do not like having to ask what gifts cost to replace, but I did. He told me that it would cost about $30. So, that is why I am writing this review, in order to warn others, other people who have really expensive belongings. This company does not provide accurate information to it's victims, I mean customers, and DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for damage OBVIOUSLY caused by the company. You might want to pause in your reading of this review for a brief moment and glance around (if you are at the location to be fumigated, of course) and think about YOUR cherished belongings. This company is so callous and so cheap that they will not pay for a measly $30 of damage CAUSED BY THEM. DO YOU THINK THAT THEY WILL CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS MORE THAN THEY CARED ABOUT MINE?!?!?!?!? BE WARNED!!!!!!

Those tax breaks must be nice
