Yellow Jacket Problem. Very efficient. Called at 2pm by 5pm the tech was on site and took care of the problem very fast and in professional way. Sprayed the nest and took out all the Yellow jackets almost 2 feet deep under ground. Took away a full bucket of the the bad guys. Hope they come back, they provide 30 days warranty.

I’m very satisfied and happy from the treatment for my kitchen, I had a lot of suddenly huge episodes of ants everywhere in my kitchen. it was so disappointed for me after I moved to my new Condo. However, I was looking for the best pest control, I followed all the comments and I picked the Alto pest control because they have a high rating for a good service. Honestly I really so happy from Meagul he is so professional so fast to treat the affected area and very nice personality to talk with and explain everything in the treatment process. Great pest control company we highly recommend them for any of your pest control services. We had a bee hive by our tree that was there for weeks! Tech was very professional and knowledgeable and on time he removed the bees very satisfied with the service will be contacting them for future services.

Earlier today, SATURDAY at around 1:30pm, I discovered I had a hornets nest just under one of my roof tiles. I have two family members deathly allergic to any type of these stings and I’m not being dramatic. I called three different places before calling Alto Pest Control (I went down the list of my Google search). To say I was pleasantly surprised when Sonia told me she could have a technician at my house within 1 to 2 hours is an understatement. What a relief it was to hear this! The other places could not do the same and, for me, this was an urgent matter. Less than an hour later technician Hugo was at my house taking care of the nest! Words cannot express how impressed I am with the excellent customer service both Sonia and Hugo provided. Sonia was professional, attentive, and very understanding with my sense if urgency! Hugo explained everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I honestly can’t believe how fast Alto responded and took care of the issue. When they say they believe in providing the best customer service they are telling the truth! I highly recommend these folks! Oh, and the price for their service was very reasonable. Sonia responded quickly to my call and her customer service was great. Squirrels that were burrowing into our yard were trapped and removed the next day and more the day after. The service was for a month and it's been a month since with no squirrel activity. I definitely would call her again if needed.
