Agpest’s Canary Palm SAPW treatment did not work. Our 2 mature palms were very healthy with no sign of weevils, until our former service transferred us to Agpest. Several months after working with Agpest one of our palms showed a slight hint of decline. Even though I alerted Agpest immediately they still failed to recover that palm and today we are finally removing it after having to give up on it. So sad to lose this beautiful tree.

Had my house termite ang the overall level of services is unsatisfactory! No tile roof pre- inspection done prior to tenting the house. Had to ask for it after the termite completed. Despite me have paid for insurance! Then, after completion, again, I asked for post-inspection of roof tiles nothing was done. After back and I'm forth communication, and after I threathen them that I will report them to the county office, they finally sent someone. The person they sent, which they subcontracted didn't do a good job either! However, I would like to say that the team that did the facia board repair did a good job! Never will use them again and, will not recommend either!

Matt looks like a pest himself he one of the most rudest person I’ve ever met if he hates his job he does realize he could quit at anytime dealing with makes me not wanna use this service anymore please get rid of him asap thank you.

Want to let you know that Tom has been so helpful with a complicated large property, advised me when and how to manage the pests for the 2nd year now! Thanks you! Also Adam did a great job on our large property in Temecula Valley. For the grounds and James Adam’s was wonderful and very professional even on his last day of work before retiring. Never Again on this Company! The first issue arose when we called for a free gopher retreat, just a week after our regular monthly service had been performed. Jeff, who has always been professional and dependable, came out as usual and handled the issue. However, we were surprised to receive an additional service fee. When we called to clarify, we were told that because it was a new month, a new service fee applied. This felt unreasonable and left us very frustrated—but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was a one-time miscommunication. Unfortunately, just three weeks later, we needed another gopher retreat. Again, Jeff came out—and again, another service fee appeared. We called to question it, and this time were told, “It’s time for your monthly service.” Seriously? That was the final straw. We’ve decided to stop using AG Pest and find a company that values customer relationships more than just squeezing extra fees out of loyal clients. We don’t mind paying for good service—but not when we feel taken advantage of. If this is how AG Pest handles long-time customers, we’re out.

Never use them before… But I just had one of their guys cut me off while merging lanes in a very dangerous way. Truck had a number 27 on the back I am disappointed

We have been using AgPest for 5 Years. I first contacted them because we had a bad gopher problem. Owen came out to address the gopher situation & gave us a really reasonable price. Within a month the gophers were gone from our yard. AgPest also sprays for bugs around our house. If you have a gopher/Bug problem call AgPest. Thank you Owen & Agpest for helping us out.

These guys will go 30 in a small neighborhood and look down at their phones at a green light. Their drivers will proceed to swerve in and out of their lane in traffic and break for a red light over the crosswalk and continue to move forward into the intersection because they cant keep their foot on the break while they reach for a nutrigrain bar from behind them. Danger to our roads. Find some competent drivers.

After many years of happy service from this company, my husband and I are now very dissatisfied with AG pest customer service. The first issue is when we called for a free reteat for gophers. Keep in mind we just had our monthly service performed a week prior. Jeff came out and took care of things as he always does (Jeff has always done right by us). We got a bill for another service fee. When we called to complain and request this bill to be dropped, we were told since it is a new month as service fee is to be applied. We did not like this and we're very upset but we decided, fluke. Won't happen again since we have always had great service before. Fast forward 3 weeks later. We need another retreat for gophers. We call and get our guy Jeff out to do his thing. Again another service fee. We call again and get, it is time for your monthly service. WHAT???? Needless to say we are dropping AG pest and finding another company that is not stuck on the bottom line. We don't mind paying a little extra for customer service but if this is how you get your money. I don't need it.

This company removed baby barn owl chicks in the most inhumane way possible-by throwing them in trash bags in the back of the truck. They did not relocate them with their mother. Hire a raptor rescue/relocation service if you care about the animal’s wellbeing. Hire these guys if you want them dead.

UNBELIEVABLE!! They work for my parents doing multiple jobs at their estate, one of which is spraying for bugs… I would have not written this review if someone had called me today after I complained but nothing, to me or my parents… sooo here ya go. I have a 6 month old baby who I had outside with me, I was about to get in my car and left her in her stroller in the shade while I adjusted the car seat. Well extremely smart (sarcasm) pest guy sprayed the stuff all along the wall not even a foot away from the stroller!!!! So my baby literally just breathed in all the chemicals used to kill bugs!!!! You would think common sense is to avoid the area where a BABY is, but he didn’t even need to use brain cells because my mom specifically asked him to avoid the area, or do it last after I had left. The house is definitely big enough to start work on another area!

The workers are vile and disgusting! On the signed paperwork I made a note that I would leave my keys under my mat for the workers to enter my apt while I’m at work. Apparently the message did not get relayed and they broke in through my front window, bending my screen and leaving my cat tree, which is against the window, askew in the living room. If they had an ounce of common sense, they would check under the mat before breaking into my home. They URINATED in my toilet, did NOT flush, left the toilet seat up and peed all around the rim of the toilet. They also did not put the screens back properly on multiple apartments in the complex. DO NOT use this company!!! I am utterly disgusted.

AGpest has been treating my Cannery Island palm for a year now. Our palm has/had been hit by the weevil and was failing quickly. I reached out to AGPest because they were the only ones that had a treatment. They gave me fair warning that it was not a guarantee, but after a year of treatment, which I will continue, my tree is making it and has a lot of new healthy growth. This tree is so beautiful and has means a lot to me and I'm so grateful that it appears to be going to make it. Totally recommend AGPest and this treatment that is concerned about their palm.

Excellent gopher and rodent control company. If we ever have any gopher activity, they send someone right away. The maintenance plan is the best to keep them away permanently.

Very happy I chose to work with this group. They showed up, gave me a bid that was reasonable, and took care of the problem a couple days later. Everything looks professionally done and Rick was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

AGPEST owner came to our home at no charge and inspected two or more trees for fungus or pest infestation. He let us know up front the problem, treatment and cost; did not try to upsell us services we did not need and checked back with us for our results on two trees. Highly recommend.

Tremendous ground squirrel problems on the ranch. AG Pest Control developed an efficient affordable plan and over the course of a few months they sent 16 acres of squirrels packing. Now on to the gophers. Will update review in a couple of months.
