Quality First Termite Control

I’m an Orange County realtor and my real estate partner and I have used Quality First Termite for many years. Jeff the owner, is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I just recently used them for our own home and his crew, Dalton, Juan and Keoni were absolutely amazing! Their work was impeccable, they were so professional and also very kind. They worked very hard on our termite repairs and did a fantastic job.I highly recommend them. Also, Holly their receptionist, is the best! 😊

They repaired the damaged wood on my all wood home located in Coto de Caza. Their workmanship was excellent and I highly recommend them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some. I will be using them again on further repairs.

Several houses in my Moulton Ranch neighborhood had termites so I wanted someone to do an inspection and treat any termites in my house. I did not know who to call so I asked my trusted source of contractors in this area Jim Bishop, a Realtor with The Bishop Team, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Jim recommended Quality First Termite Control in Mission Viejo. I made a call and Jeff Oliva, Owner and Operator quickly did a very thorough inspection and found termites in the outer trim of my house. I had a very reasonable quote that afternoon. The next week a crew arrived and promptly replaced the damaged wood, treated the area, and painted the new wood to perfectly match the adjacent wood. Jeff and his team were efficient, did excellent work, explained everything clearly, and were exceptionally nice. I will have Jeff do annual inspections in the future to make sure I have no further issues. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and will continue to recommend them. Quality First under Jeff along with others as Curtis has kept a 40 year old home from termite infestation. We bought our house in 2018 thinking the tenting would be all that was needed. After inspection we found out we were duped in the sales process- and had to front almost 4x times the amount on tenting- due to severe wood infestation and damage on our trim. But the wonderful wood work that Curtis and crew did along with the yearly inspections by Jeff have both saved and restored our home. We look forward to seeing Jeff every year and he has become a trusted advisor in matters outside of termites but in pest control in general.

These guys rock , true to their word. Abd get rid of those little buggers.

Don’t let the word quality in their name fool you, with the exception of the nice owner, nothing is quality about the service they provide. Terrible experience from start to finish with our termite service...first, they gave us a 12 hour warning that they would be arriving at 6 am the next morning, while here they made a mess of our home including peeing all over the floor in our bathroom, also put my daughters mattress outside and didn’t let us know so it was outside the whole time we were out of town for 4 days, while painting they never put down drop cloths, so we have paint and caulking material all over the ground surrounding our home, I let them know they needed to come clean up and a month later they showed up, the very rude gentleman argued with me that that paint was old and they didn’t do it, which they absolutely had. Just a very frustrating and unpleasant situation with this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere...NOT quality!!!

Did a google search for pest control, led me to their website. Called in and spoke to a lady who informed me they only do termite control. I told her she might want to check her internet ads because I literally clicked on their ad for pest control. She got upset and hung up on me when I was only trying to help, as I have a background in internet advertising and I know they paid for my click. Very poor customer service.

They were timely, polite and fixed our problem during the first visit. I had a follow up question a few weeks later and they were super helpful over the phone and offered to come out to check. I was really happy with their service and will definitely use it again if we need to!
