Wonderful service. I called in the morning regarding a bee hive in my backyard. They were out same day, took it upon themselves to notify my neighbors what they were doing, and took care of the issue. Will use them again if the need arises!

I called about a queen wasp and an early-stage nest as a preventative measure, and David was able to come out first thing the very next morning. He took the time to clearly explain the situation and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. David went above and beyond—not only taking care of the immediate issue but also checking and treating other potential areas around my home to help prevent wasps from coming back. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free so I could get on with my day. I will absolutely be calling Bee Busters again if I ever need help in the future!

We discovered a swarm of bees in our chimney this morning and called Bee Busters. Jared came out and was extremely knowledgeable. He called ahead with his ETA, which I appreciated. By the time he arrived the swarm had already moved on, but he noticed bees scouting around the chimney. He took the time to explain what was going on and shared that he has over 20 years of experience. I was worried the bees might have already built honeycomb, but he reassured us that since we had just noticed the swarm it was unlikely. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that doing a deep inspection right now would likely be an unnecessary cost and recommended fumigating first and waiting 24–48 hours to see if the bees return. He also shared a helpful tip that if we release bees outside they can scout and come back, so not to do that in the future. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional service. Highly recommend!

La Habra Heights. Excellent service. I had bees starting to swarm a spot near the corner of my roof. I’m in the middle of a roof replacement so this wasn’t good. Called bee busters late yesterday afternoon. Jeremy showed up at 9 am this morning. He was very professional, easy to work with, and explained the situation clearly. Bees were just scouting looking for a new home. Jeremy closed up a few cracks, treated the area with retardant, and was on his way. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Bee Busters! We noticed a bee hive starting to form on our garage and, within 2 hours of calling, David arrived (all on a Sunday!). He had it completely handled within 30 minutes of arriving. Great, fast service that we would definitely use again!

Our gardeners were trimming an olive tree in our front yard when they found a beehive about 2.5 feet long and about 10- 12 inches wide. I immediately called David at Bee Busters and he was at our house within 15 minutes. He did a great job removing the bees and cleaned up the mess. He clearly stated his pricing before he started work and he stuck to his pricing even though the job was harder than expected. David was very pleasant and professional. I called Bee Busters as I have used them several times over 20 years for bee issues at my house or my parent’s house. I called today (Sunday) and spoke to David who was very receptive over the phone. He was on another service call but could be at my home in 1 hour or less. He showed up about 40 minutes later, examined the issue and explained the price(s) for the different types of services he could provide. No pressure tactics and let me choose what I could afford. He diligently started the work and removed the bees, removed the honey combs and patched the access panel area. David was awesome!! I definitely liked his customer service, his professionalism and his work ethic. Great work (as always)!

Nice people but cost me $189/ a pop and the bees keep coming back after a few weeks. They swarm around my chimney and come down the flue. Had it done again a few weeks ago and they’re starting to congregate up there again. Again, nice people but somehow not taking care of problem

Called and scheduled an appointment for bee and honeycomb removal from my backyard. When I spoke with Nicole, I informed her that I wanted the bees removed but relocated, not killed. She informed me that they would send out a technician around 8am to get the job done. The technician arrived, did not bother to introduce himself, but we still walked back to my backyard where I showed him the location of the issue. He informed me that he would KILL the BEES and remove the Honeycombs, which is not what the original plan was...mind you these bees were not at all aggressive. Not long after checking the area, he informed me that my neighbors dogs had to be clear of the area, not something that was brought up during the initial conversation on the phone when I scheduled the removal. Just that my dog would be inside. My neighbors are not home because everyone is at work and school, so I had no way of relocating their dogs somewhere safe. The technician still brought down his equipment just to tell me that he's going to have to come back at a later time. I told him that was fine. We agreed on a time and he called the office to reschedule. Hours prior to the rescheduled time, I called to cancel the return of the technician. After realizing that that's all the tech wanted to do was to kill the bees and not attempt to save them, that's when I called back to cancel and go with another company that will actually save the bees. The tech returned while I happened to be away from home, luckily my wife had made it home in time. Apparently the tech helped himself back into my backyard, no warning, mind you my dog is already in the backyard at the time, but doesn't even try making contact with anyone inside. My wife had gone out to tell the tech that we were going to go with another company that is not intent on killing the bees and at this time gave my wife an attitude and was very unprofessional. He had told my wife that using another company was not smart because they are just going to scam us out of our money and that everything that is posted about saving the bees and how they're are not enough bees is a hoax. Very unprofessional for the tech to do what he did, helping himself right into my backyard and not announcing himself at the front door and talking down to my wife and trying to start an argument with her as to why we are not going with this company is why this review is being posted. If I could, zero stars would be given for the unprofessionalism my wife had to endure with the tech. Think twice about using this company for your bee removal needs, and if you do decide to use them anyways, ask for someone that's been there longer than the younger guy they had sent out.

The company may have been around since 1982 but a very young man was sent to my home, spent minutes spraying into the bee hive (in a wall) 3 times. I asked a supervisor to evaluate and was refused. The hundreds if not thousands of bees prevented my contractor from sealing the wall. Good news "The Bee Man" showed up once spent maybe an hour and Voila! I'm bee free.

They are always so nice and helpful and love their honey!
