While the quality of the service itself is good, the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.This is the third time the technician has shown up without an appointment. After the last visit, I clearly asked to be contacted before coming, yet they still arrived without any notice. Because of this, only the front of my house was treated again, even though I’m paying for a full service including the backyard. This level of disregard for customer requests is very disappointing, and it made me lose trust in the company. They seriously need to improve their communication.

The bug tech is so nice and thorough. He works diligently and offers a thorough explanation of the services he’s providing. Thanks for the great job.

Joey was excellent as our termite inspector. He arrived right on time and took the effort to explain every step of the process in clear, straightforward terms. His knowledge of termites and potential issues was impressive, and he conducted the inspection with complete professionalism. Another company had recommended full fumigation, but after Joey’s thorough inspection—and considering our last fumigation was only five years ago—he offered a targeted alternate solution that saved us thousands of dollars. I’d highly recommend Joey to anyone needing a reliable, honest termite check.

JB is a true professional. He notified us of his arrival and spent time asking if any specific needs or areas of concern we thought needed his attention. JB also took time to point some areas attracting mosquitoes. We took care of that. Great service! Thx

I got a text from Nick today after I texted him to remind him of where to spray, since it's not always the same person... He sends me a picture of my SUITCASE, asking if this is the one... I had reminded him about the STAIRcase.... So now, my luggage is covered in chemicals... I am not happy about this and don't want him servicing my home again.. Please have someone else for the future...

They had their salespeople out on a SUNDAY going door to door selling this. Not only that it was Memorial Day weekend. How unprofessional. I hated that interaction 100%. Will NOT be using them.

Joey was very professional and has very good customer skills. However, the $850 quote was too high for maybe the easiest bee hive removal. I was told that part of the reason for the high cost is the transportation to Imperial Valley. Suggestion: find a local bee keeper (they're out there) and pass down the savings to your customers.

Bad customer service the lady who answered the phone she not let finish my sentence and hang phone!!!

*update: adding one star. I had to find another company to remove the hive for me. But Telos offered to clean up the dead bees in the kitchen and give me $200 refund Original: I’m leaving this review because I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Before the bees were in the vent flying outside but now they got into my house! Instead of killing them they trapped them alive in my vent! Bees are everywhere, even in the fans of air conditioners! The house’s venting system is now full of bees thank to them! This is RIDICULOUS because I paid literally $700 which only made the situation worse
