He did a great job, very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that’s having wild animal problems. he caught a possum and a skunk that were on our property.

Laws of Nature is a lifesaver. We have been struggling with a bat infestation for almost a year. We hired a different company first to exclude the bats and they were unsuccessful. One bat in the house, many rabies shots and very many dollars later, we called Laws of Nature and Robert came out the same day. Robert and Henry excluded the bats completely within one week. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and communicative. I cannot recommend them enough!

My chicken escaped into my neighbor’s extremely overgrown yard (full of dead wood and brush that made it impossible for me to catch him myself). Without consulting me, my neighbor called Robert and agreed to cover the service. Robert expertly navigated the challenging terrain, safely caught my bird, and personally returned him to me unharmed. When the situation got awkward—my neighbor indirectly tried to pass the fee to me—Robert handled it with incredible grace and professionalism. I could tell he felt bad about the misunderstanding, but his main concern was the well-being of my chicken. He even refused my offer to pay, insisting it wasn’t necessary. Robert is not only skilled at what he does (humanely and efficiently), but he’s one of the most honest, compassionate people I’ve dealt with. In a world where that’s rare, he went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about Robert Laws, owner of "Laws of Nature" pest control. He is incredibly professional, dependable, and efficient. He removed approximately 15 destructive squirrels from my property. What I was most impressed with was how quickly he answered my call and he traveled to Ramona that very same day. Upon arrival he assessed the situation, quoted the job and set traps right away. I felt immense relief to have this process started before more destruction or breeding could occur. Here is something you may also like to know; through years of experience Robert knows animal behavior, animal tracks and habits. I could not believe how compassionate he was about the squirrels and how he removed them in a non harmful way. That was one of he most important aspects about Robert's service that I needed to know. I don’t even know where to begin… My dog brought a POSSUM into my house. Yes, inside. I let him out to potty like any normal morning, and two minutes later I hear him inside sniffing something way too intensely. I go to check, and boom—there’s a whole animal just laid out in the hallway by the patio door. My dog is standing over it like he just brought me a prize. I scream, he runs to me, and I bolt to my room. At this point, I didn’t even know what it was—I just knew it had no business being in my house. I assumed it was dead. Spoiler alert: it was a possum playing dead. I call my dog’s dad, panicked, begging him to come get the dog. Meanwhile, I unlock the front door and sprint back to my room. Ten minutes later, I hear him yell, “IT’S A POSSUM AND IT’S ALIVE—IT’S LOOKING RIGHT AT ME!” He keeps shouting about how big it is and how it’s limping into the bedroom. I frantically call 10 different animal removal companies, and the only person to answer at 6:24 AM was Robert from Laws of Nature. He was already on a call but told me he’d be at my place in 30 minutes. And he was. Right on time. Robert was so calm, kind, and professional—it seriously felt like therapy wrapped in pest control. He had that possum out of my house in minutes. The price was totally reasonable, and from the moment I called to the moment the possum was gone, it was just 1 hour and 9 minutes. Incredible. I pray I never have to call him for my house again (because I am traumatized), but I will absolutely be referring him to anyone who finds themselves in a nightmare like mine. Thank you, Robert.
