He was punctual, very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. His analysis was thorough and the pricing was very competitive. I had three other estimates and decided to go with ProTex for all of the foregoing reasons. We finally reached out and Omar came out not only to take care of the rodent issue but preventative measures were taken and now my kitchen is safe of any contamination. They blew me away. Other companies barely inspected and completely missed my flying termites. This team was super thorough, caught everything, and treated both subterranean and flying termites. Great customer service and very detailed in explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to stop the rodents from coming back. They were able to answer any questions or concerns we’ve had, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get rid of any home invaders. John Harris was the one who spent a few hours to make sure all our holes were sealed inside and outside the home and was very respectful of our space. He made sure to clean up whatever area he trekked through and was very grateful for his consideration. Very professional and very knowledgeable company.

If you are looking for THE BEST company to solve you pest control problems, look no further. PROTEX provides professional, thorough and courteous service starting with Lance who arrived on day one and spent 3 hours inspecting the property, uncovering not only mice issues but discovered we had mounting termite problems as well. It was horrendous to say the least. On day two, Henry cleaned and sanitized the attic and a few other places where mice/rats left their nasty evidence. On day three John H. treated the wood in the attic, around the house and under the house. Needless to say...no more rodents or termites! Henry also returned on day 3 to make sure all entrances were sealed tight! The price we were charged was absolutely, 100 percent fair for all the work they did. I doubt I will need to see Protex again anytime soon, but if I do...they are just a phone call away! Thank you PROTEX for everything!

John is outstanding. From start to finish, his professionalism was evident. I originally reached out for gopher and mole control, and he promptly responded to my inquiry, arrived on time, and quickly confirmed that I had gophers—not moles. When I mentioned an ant problem, he immediately identified the type and treated it on the spot after a quick property assessment. His online client portal is excellent and provides easy access to billing, past services, payment options, and more. Highly recommended.
