The whole team at LCPC has been very helpful and Chris P. has done a great job with our spider and gopher removal. He addressed all of our questions, provided prompt and clean service, and we would definitely use LCPC again.

Can’t believe how much time and attention was spent on servicing my property. I’ve had other pest services and still have had a problem with bugs and ants and spider webs everywhere. I am so glad I switched to La Canada Pest Service. The difference is so noticeable. We live in the foothills with active resident critters. Five years ago LCPC surveyed our property/situation and made a plan for remediation and control. They hardened our house to prevent rodent intrusions and set traps in the attic and crawlspace. They checked ther work and made some adjustments and the house has been critter free since. They also placed bait stations near the house to slow down population growth. Services have been professional and effective. A+ !!

We had to call La Canada Pest Control,because we just moved back to the property because of the Eaton fire. David and Alex their techs were both highly professional,communicated everything they did verbally and backed up with photos of everything that needed to be done. Alexfollow ups of traps set showed no rats getting into the house anymore. I would definitely recommend La Canada Pest Control.

As someone with a pretty intense phobia of both wasps and rodents, finding a pest control company I actually trust has been a huge relief. I’ve used this company for several years for wasp issues, and they’ve always been responsive, professional, and willing to come back out when the wasps decided not to cooperate with the initial treatment. I’ve never felt dismissed or brushed off, which means a lot when you’re the person anxiously scanning the yard before stepping outside. This is my first year using them for rodent activity in the yard. It’s still too soon to know how effective the treatment will be, but they took the situation seriously, explained what they were seeing, and put together a treatment plan quickly. I’m cautiously optimistic and hoping to see improvement soon. 🤞 Their pricing has also always seemed fair and reasonable, especially considering the level of service and follow-up they provide. Overall, they’ve been easy to work with, communicative, and understanding of my concerns. If you’re dealing with pest issues—especially the kind that make you dread going outside—I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

They were very thorough and got rid of all ant activity. We were constantly inundated with ants within the house and now no sign of them! They also went out of their way to clear spider cobwebs.

Ryan was pleasant, clear in his communication as to what doing and what needed, found and trapped mouse in house, and after thorough examination of premises proposed thoughtful and comprehensive plan to remediate future mice intrusions.

Ryan came out for a Saturday inspection. He was thorough and ruled out other suspected pests. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him and La Canada Pest to my friends and family.

I had an internal hive (with aggressive tenants) in a large tree 20 feet high in a very difficult angle to reach. These guys were fearless. They were able to exterminate safely and quickly. They gave a free estimate (unlike others). I was scheduled next day. The technicians were very polite and patient. Pricing was well within reason. Would definitely call them again.

We suddenly had gophers for the first time in over 20 yrs. I was looking for a service to help get rid of them that had à la canada business license. It was more difficult than I expected. I spotted a LCPC van just around the corner from me. Called to see. Rosa couldn’t have been more helpful. Yes the have a LC BL. Quickly set up an appointment with the inspector Chris. Chris was very communicative and knowledgeable. Took care of the situation. A very workable schedule was planned and I appreciated the extra 30 day coverage should anymore activity show it would be treated and covered, all under my initial payment. We are now looking into having the company deal with our pest control too. Overall extremely satisfied with the customer service and work ethics which hasn’t changed since my initial call. Would highly recommend this business to my neighbors and friends.
