Finding this company was such a relief! Alex, JJ and Manny truly went above and beyond in every way. From the first visit, they treated our home as if it were their own, taking the time to inspect everything carefully, explain the process, and answer every question with patience and honesty. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We seriously called 5-7 companies for help. Nobody wanted to move our stove or dishwasher and set traps. I am 80 years old and Orkin sent a really young newbie out here who wanted to stand there while I moved them! Rudy’s texted me immediately, on a weekend, after normal hours and sent a seasoned pro out here the following day. Anthony stayed an hour and did a thorough home inspection, set several traps, took pics for me, explained everything in detail right down to what kind of rats we had, and was so kind. I was amazed after spending a week trying to find competent help. I was so afraid of rats ruining my expensive new dishwasher! We needed an emergency visit on a Saturday and Rudy's Termite & Pest Control was the ONLY company that picked up the phone and could come out to see us that day. Don't fall for the 24/7 ads from the other guys. When we called Terminix based on their 24/7 ad, we learned what that *really* mean is that they will answer the phone 24/7, not show up at your home 24/7. Rudy's Pest Control did an excellent job and we highly recommend them!

As a husband and father, having someone I trust around my home, my children, and our pets is extremely important to me. Anthony has earned that trust from day one. He is professional, reliable, and always goes above and beyond. He's done an incredible job keeping the bugs under control, especially around our kids' outdoor toys and play areas. The company operates on a commission-based model. I received a flyer offering $50 off when signing up for monthly service; however, when I called I was informed by a representative that they would not honor the promotion. Additionally, an individual named Joseph Carrol attempted to negotiate pricing in a manner that made me uncomfortable, which ultimately led me to seek services elsewhere. As this is my second home in the area I have decided to move forward with another provider for both properties.
