I’ve had them for quite a few years and at first they were very good. They would text me and tell me when they were coming last year. They sent me $170 bill like a year and a half ago I should say but it doesn’t tell any dates or times or anything and I never even knew they came to my house. I keep my gate locked, so I told them at that time I wrote on the paper that I sent back to them with their full Payment. I need someone to tell me when they’re coming so I can unlock the gate and they can go in the backyard because they haven’t been in the backyard in over a year or more possibly. Nobody got back to me. Nobody did anything nobody’s texted me. No one has called me and now I get a bill for $140.Well, I’m sorry but I am not going to pay it. I don’t know if you guys have been here or not how can you prove to me that you have been here? My cameras aren’t showing you’ve been here. There’s no card on my door. There’s no text on my phone. You could just be sending me this and I wouldn’t know it. I’m home all the time this company has the poorest communication skills I have ever ever dealt with.

Irwin came out as scheduled. He was very polite, and very thorough. He found the area where all the different types of ants were coming in - 3 different types, and treated the whole perimeter inside and out, including other outdoor areas and indoor countertop perimeters. I am not sure what's going on, but Powerful Pest Management has become unresponsive. My family has tried reaching them via multiple phone numbers which are never answered. Emails are also never answered. We continued to be billed while no services were rendered. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers or to run a company. Update: The owner did try to reach out to us after a LOT of attempts to connect, but we let them know that it was just too late. Whatever is going on, I do wish them the best. It just should not be that hard to get a routine service done.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I set up an appointment as I am taking care of a property for a “snowbird” resident. The homeowner told me who she used in 2018. I tried 2 phone numbers and neither answered nor could I leave a message. She gave me a third number and I was able to schedule an appointment. I was originally given an appointment for the next afternoon. Then I was told it would be for the next morning, on Saturday. I told the person I needed to go ahead of time to turn down the AC, so I was given a a 9AM -11AM window. I called after 11 when no one showed up & was told the driver was “en route”. Later, all of their phones gave a message that said “General Mailbox; mailbox is full. Please call again later”. I tried texting them, and received a message that I received a landline. I phoned the homeowner & told her after 1 PM that I was leaving and would contact another company. I also left them a message through Facebook Messenger. At 2:15, they replied!! I told them I left. Again- Do NOT use this company.

Very disappointed, they no called no showed twice in a week!!! I’m the one that had to call them. Also had come out to respray again because the initial solution they used was too low. They only did outside when they came back, I asked and paid for both inside and outside! The employees were very nice, but not satisfied whatsoever.

This is a great company. I can only base this on their employee Cesar who saved the day! He came in and handled the situation and stayed many hours to get the job done. Hard worker, amazing value, would highly recommend this company because of this guy.
