We had a previous company servicing our home each quarter and charging a fortune! Misconception is that you pay more, you possibly get best service and results…. Not true in our case. We had critters , mosquitos, spiders and my husband would get eaten alive in our home!! After calling several pest control companies, we stumbled on Nathan and Optum! We loved that he was local, independent, lower rates, responded promptly, super pleasant and knowledgeable and scheduled us in right away. Nathan got everything under control immediately without destroying our home with tons of toxic chemicals and the results have been amazing. We live his reminder system on text, he spends a good amount of time here every other month and is so thorough. Not one bite of anything in my husband or me!! I called Optum at 7:30 and by 745 Nathan was at my house. Very professional and friendly. He placed multiple traps around my garage and house, within 15 minutes of him leaving 2 traps caught mice and by the next day 2 more were caught. Highly recommend. This locally owned independent company.

Had a giant rat that came in through our garage and chewed its way up into our attic. I tried catching it myself for three days and when that was unsuccessful, I called in the expert, Nathan. I called Optum Pest Management at 5:30 PM. Nathan, the owner was at my house at 6 PM that same day. He came back day after day setting multiple traps until we finally caught the troublemaker. We are all super relieved that we averted damage from chewed wires and air conditioning parts. If you want reliable friendly, hard-working pest removal expert don’t hesitate to call Optum.

Nathan is awesome! He's very responsive, transparent, and flexible. Reasonable rates and definitely the best pest control company I've worked with. I live in an apartment complex and had a huge roach issue when I first moved in. He's come by twice in about 1 month and the roaches are gone!

He took his time addressing rodents around my property and came up with a plan moving forward to prevent future issues. Working with Nathan is super easy. I found a mouse in my garage and texted Nathan on New Years Day. He wasn't working on the holiday, but promised he'd arrive at my house first thing the next day to set traps in and around my house. He is always punctual, reliable and offers competitive pricing. Because I am an existing client of his (he comes to my house every couple of months to spray down the area to reduce probability that termites etc will come into my home) - he gave me a discounted price for the mouse traps. Highly recommend!

Nathan did an amazing job! Strong enough to move fridges and large items and brave enough to handle scary bugs in your home. It was all quick, easy, professional, and they fit me into their schedule when larger pest control companies couldn't. He had helpful advice to keep bugs from coming back too. I’ve been with another pest control for years. I was standing on the porch talking with my niece and Nathan was at my neighbor’s house and I decided to say hi because I’d never seen him before and let him know he was being watched. He came up and introduced himself, explained why he was there and we started talking. No pressure tactics, answered my questions politely and I was quite impressed. I told him to let me think about it overnight. The next day Nathan came back as scheduled and I signed up with him. I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised at the results, better than the pest control I’d been with for years. He’s always here when he says he’ll be, he approaches each time to see if everything’s been good, if you want any other service and is always professional and happy. So glad I changed, I don’t feel like just an account number. Most of all I feel like he’s listened to me and my concerns. He takes the time to explain things so that I understand what the process is and will be. Very happy with this business!

Just started our pest management with Optum. Nathan is amazing cleaned the house eaves took care of all my spiders roaches & ants the first time around. Super easy to communicate with and if we have a problem quick to respond. Would highly recommend Nathan with Optum pest management!!!
