I highly recommend RB&PC Rodent Control. Adrian helped me address rodent problems in two of my properties, a rental home in Hollister and my personal home in Morgan Hill. He started with a thorough inspection for entry points in my attic, interior house and garage. Once the entry points were sealed, he set suitable traps and monitored over multiple weeks to confirm my homes were free from infestation. Adrian is extremely thorough, communicates clearly, and is very professional. I’ve been struggling with squirrels, mice, rats, and birds in my attic for several years buying and setting multiple traps myself without success. No matter how many animals I caught, new ones soon replaced them. Adrian solved my problem once and for all by preventing these animals from getting into my house in the first place.

I have had 3 people come to look at my house and figure out where the mice have made their way in my home and no one could tell me, everyone just gives the run around. I called Adrian he identified the holes right away and came a day later to seal our home and set up traps. We are so grateful for Adrain who took his time to look through our home and in our attic to find the problem areas and also listened to our concerns. He took his time and didn’t just talk he acted and in doing so provided great service and we are totally grateful! We haven’t seen any mice in the last few days. We even had a minor issue with the sealing and he came to fix it right away. 10/10 customer service! 100% recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We had RB &PC put up netting around our solar panels in June 2023. At first everything was great about 6 months ago we noticed excessive bird droppings in our yard. The reason being the birds have pecked apart rhe netting and have made a nest under our panels. My husband reached out to Ardi and he doesn't remember coming to our house to do the job. We have a copy of the cashed check written to RB & PC. We have gotten the run around from them. They are too busy to come check there work. We just wanted the issue fixed and if we had to pay a little more so be it. But they are not interested in fixing their work. Very disappointed as we were trying to give a local business a chance.

10/10 do recommend. Adrian was super responsive and took care of my rodent problem same day.

Last year with our mice problem, Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty! He came by 2~3 times a week, or more if we needed. Within a month they were gone! This week I thought I had a skunk problem underneath my mobile home! He's been checking every day for the past 5 days, and keeping everything closed and sealed. There is no activity by the way, since he's been around! I highly recommend him!!

Great guy, always responded when I called and he kept coming back until all the little critters were gone. He has the best rates in town and you don't get locked into some stupid one year contract like the big name companies try to force you into. Would highly recommend

Came the very same week I called, removed pigeons nesting under the solar panels and installed preventative fencing. Cleaned the panels too. Great guy, very friendly. Did excellent work too.
