Hollister Pest Aid got rid of my ants in ONE VISIT! After the rains and very cold weather, we got a very unpleasant visit by an army of ants that made their way in from under the house, across my refrigerator, and into my pantry for an open granola package that I forgot about. I called Juan on the weekend, and he came out on Monday, hit all the right spots inside and outside. It’s been a week, and NO MORE ANTS! It feels so good knowing that I can count on Hollister Pest Aid if I have any problems in the future. My husband and I highly recommend Hollister Pest Aid.

I called them with concerns about possible bed bugs, and Juan came out the very same day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—he carefully inspected and reassured me that it wasn’t bed bugs. He communicated the proposed treatment plan & options well. The office seems well organized with the customer portal & ease of scheduling. I scheduled my initial treatment for 6 days later. Juan & Rene were great! Very thoughtful & thorough with the bug treatment. Again, I appreciated their overall patience & support, providing information & answering questions. So far, the indoor bug population has decreased a lot! I know the bug critters are prone to re-emerge, so I am glad HPA does a 14 day follow up!
