From the first phone call this company was top notch. They were quick to answer all my questions and explain the process of what happens when you have a Bee hive at your residence. They set up a very quick appointment and were prompt and on time. Robert came out and he was very knowledgable and respectful of my house, the habitat, and the bees. He was very honest, and I did not feel like he tried to oversell his services. Overall it was a great experience with Bee Smart Bee removal service and I would highly recomend them!

The service was excellent! Everything was explained thoroughly On the phone and after he came out. The work was done Very efficiently and took about an hour. The cost was half that I would another company quote.

Sadly I’ve had experience w multiple bee services in the desert. Bee Smart responded quickly, showed experience, was reasonably priced, and solved my problem- I’m definitely keeping their number handy

Found I had two bee hives well established! Called and spoke with Niki and she set up her husband Rob Duffin to come out and inspect and give me a quote. My place is in Palm Desert. Had a bee issue. Put in a request for quote via their website. Received a response almost instantly! Phone call to discuss my options and appointment was scheduled for next day. I ended up not needing his services. Bees moved out but I was very impressed with the quick response. If the bees move back in I will not hesitate to call again.

Insects and wild life up in running springs CA are no joke Mr Robert Duffin and his wife were very kind and patient and explained their service ever step off the way. Turns out I didn't have honey bees but yellow jackets! He got the job done quickly and efficiently, also sealed the area that was treated and guaranteed his work for 6 months. Afterwards we had a nice chat about diminishing bees numbers and the misinformation available to the public. He's passionate about his work and is a kind and soft spoken guy who was a pleasure work with and will be calling him back in case we run into anything else. Prices were reasonable, as well which was a giant plus after shopping around.

We had a swarm of bees land in a tree and Robert of BeeSmart went out of his way to address our problem quickly and was willing to work around our schedule. Robert was very professional and proficient. I am very pleased with his work.

Be smart B removal was absolutely fantastic when I had bees in my wall they came out. They vacuumed them and they did a tremendous job cleaned everything up were efficient showed up on time. I can’t see enough about this business. I completely recommend this business.

CLEARLY.. a married couple is NO match against a colony of bees 🐝🐝🐝 (as you can see in my security videos 😅) We tried to coexist with them for YEARS, learning their language, culture and understanding their fickle moods..but to No avail. They Ruled our front yard olive tree with an IRON stinger 🦾. After 10 or 20 bee stings and providing plenty of comedy for our neighbors we decided that was ENOUGH!! Thank goodness for Robert and Nikki❤️❤️ a 10 minute phone call let us reclaim our kingdom and peace of mind. Exceptional customer service, they were able to make appointment in 48 hours, they kept that appointment and texted me with ETA and updates throughout. They value their business and customers and it shows through their communication and response. Very happy with the results as you can see there were THOUSANDS of bees in our tree and we were not equipped to tame such numbers..No lavender and citrus oil and all those other DYI remedies Did NOT work, this colony was unrelenting . I woke up in the morning to find a swarm of bees prospecting 3 sides of my house. It was so bad I was not able to go outside and I found 12 dead bees in my living room. I met Robert; he was very courteous and met me promptly. It ended up being a false alarm as all the bees left by 2PM. Nevertheless, Robert left a good impression in me. I would like to highly recommend BeeSmart Bee removal! I had a bee problem at our cabin in Idyllwild and I called BeeSmart. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days through Nikke. She said Robert, the bee whisperer, would call 30 minutes prior to coming out and he did. It was near dark when called and I was concerned Robert would not be able to see. Robert said, no problem, he carries lights to work in the evening. Robert found the bees (I wasn't there) offered a solution, eradicated the bees and sealed the holes in the eaves. He was able to get it all done in one visit, although it was late. Did not leave till the job was done. Robert and Nikki have been taking care of bee problems exclusively for 25 years. I am very happy with their service.

Called the afternoon of Monday and arrived the following day which was very quick service! Had a hive of bees who had moved on when they arrived but they still toured my property to make sure that the hive had fully passed. Great customer service and would recommend to those who need a quick removal.

I expected live bee removal. This person poisoned the bees and, since he didn’t remove the hive, the bees kept coming back to the old hive. My problems became worse because I had to hire a different bee service to remove and treat the area. USA Live Bee Removal did not kill the bees, but removed them and made sure they would not come back by removing the hive, treating the area, and sealing up entry spots. Because BeeSmart previously poisoned the bees, all the honey had to be thrown away. Do not use Bee Smart as what they do is WRONG!!

All I simply did was try to call and ask about some local bees that are on city property and asked if he knew the number for the city or anything because of dealing with bees himself but instead of being polite, he was very extremely rude on how he told me to go and Google it the city I’m living I wouldn’t come back to this place even if I had infestation of cockroaches now because of the way he was disrespectful, and rude.

I called a few different bee removal companies, they quoted me outrageous amounts. Beesmart not only took care of the bees but did it for a fraction of what the other companies quoted! Robert and his wife Nicole were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were professional and communicated not only what they thought was best but also communicated arrival time.
