I recently had Skylar and his team come out to handle a flea infestation in my apartment caused by my cats. From the start, the service was outstanding! Skylar was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. The team was thorough, ensuring every corner of my apartment was treated, and they used safe, effective products that worked wonders. I’m happy to report that the fleas are completely gone, and my cats are now flea-free as well! I can’t thank Skylar and his team enough for their excellent service. If you’re dealing with any pest issues, I highly recommend them. They truly know what they’re doing and delivered great results.

Bill, <br><br>It's taken me a minute to even think of a response for you for many reasons. However I think it's important to paint the correct picture here. <br><br>1.) Your wife whom was very nice had called and ordered an inspection. We had agreed that if no work was to be completed on the day of the inspection once we can determine a quote that it would be $125.00 for us coming out. <br><br>2.) You being her husband and the one on site for the inspection, I would assume that you had communicated with your wife regarding my arrival time and the inspection itself for the day. Hence why you were there expecting me and my guy. <br><br>3.) I introduce myself and hand you a business card. (most people take a look at the card, sometimes even flip over the back in front of me). You rudely tossed the card to the side and continued to cut me off as I was trying to explain what we were going to do during our inspection. <br><br>4.) Upon completion of our inspection, you immediately said you weren't going to pay for anything today in which I kindly requested that at that point we collect the $125 fee for us coming out and that we would send over the formal estimate to you and your wife to review then and get back to us. At this point you puffed your chest out and asked me if I wanted to fight? <br><br>So let's pause here.. At this point I told you I would be contacting your wife to figure this out as she arranged the inspection. However I strangely looked at you because never in my time doing this has a 60 something year old man asked me if I want to fight, especially because you folks called a professional to your property requesting a professional estimate for an agreed upon fee. <br><br>This escalated a step further as we were walking away to leave and you were taking pictures of my vehicle for whatever reason. So I came back and confronted you about it and asked you why in a respectful and calm manner. When I did this you thought it would be a good idea to half way swing on me and then say you "annihilated me," which was the strangest encounter I have ever had with a potential client. This could have gone a whole different way, but I showed massive restraint. <br><br>I never once tried to fight you, we aren't mad or angry because at the end of the day we got paid by your wife :) You did waste our time a little but that's neither here nor there. <br><br>I wish you good luck with your property, you will need it!

Came in hours on more than one occasion when competitors had said “best I can do is Monday” (issues arose Friday/weekend) great service, friendly, fair, took the time to explain and lay out best options for our issue. Highly recommended. Thank you AHP!

Be careful with this company. I tried looking up their license info and couldn’t find it and the owner seemed highly defensive when I inquired about not being able to locate it, very odd behavior. In response to this owner I surely did same something rude but I definitely didn’t start the convo off like that And was that you calling my phone private after I BLOCKED you , the call came minutes after I wrote my review hmm what a crazy coincidence, that’s even more insane if it was. You clearly lack any couth and I could care less what you share how will it harm me I’m not running a business genius and I asked you to show me where to look it up not for your website info so you clearly lack comprehension skills if I stated that it said “license info not found” wouldn’t that tell you I tried looking it up already, I was trying to be 100% sure I was in the right place. Glad my money won’t be wasted on unprofessional businesses who may or may not be licensed and also put some effort into learning not to drive recklessly per those other low reviews you got. I’ll be sure to look at reviews first next time because I definitely missed that one.

Since you don’t understand how to navigate the internet to find what you are looking for is my problem, deserves a 1-star review, plus nasty profanities you texted us? I don’t think so and I would happily share a screenshot of our texts together to anyone who would like to see. You are disrespectful, clearly not a person of integrity, a liar, and we wouldn’t do business with someone as disrespectful as you. So yes very “odd” behavior.

I can't Thank Skyler enough for scheduling us last minute for a termite inspection on our home. He explained some issues we had with the fascia. He let us know that he could fix it if it needs to be done. When we found out that it needed to get done, he scheduled us quick and at our convenience. He knew we needed our paperwork urgently and he was quick to get it back to us. His communication along the way was outstanding. I highly recommend him for your pest control.

I highly recommend Skyler and his business. They are friendly and easy to communicate and schedule with. My grandfather's house needed a lot of extensive work done, which included: general pest control, structural/cosmetic wood repairs, removal of shed, subterranean soil treatment, sealing the foundation(exclusion), new crawl space covers, and fumigation. They did an amazing job and completed everything within my deadline or sooner to have the house listed for sale. Once again, I highly recommend All Home Pest Management for any pest control needs.

Been having an Ant and Spider issue for last couple of weeks. Skylar came out and gave me an estimate, broke it all down step by step, cost, and timelines. Shared that they provided pet friendly service and non toxic chemicals that can harm my cat. I had them start that day and Justin showed up provided quality service, laid out some baits, then did a complete spray of my property. This is a family business and both brothers were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend All Home Pest Management.

These guys are phenomenal! I had a serious gopher problem on my front lawn and Fernando was able to diagnose the problem and fix it with one visit! I’m on the monthly maintenance plan now and they’re doing my whole home pest preventative treatment, as well. All is great. Give em a try.

Our gophers are finally gone! We have been battling a gopher problem for a while now. After a few visits, we are finally gopher free! Our technician was Fernando and he was so responsive and knowledgable. We're on a maintenance plan now and are so happy with the service.
