Needed to write a review for the outstanding communication Y's provided. Landscaper noticed a swarm of flying termites in our front yard and said I should contact a pest control person to inspect our property. I found this company through excellent reviews and it was on the top of google search page. I want to keep this going because we got an immediate inspection and it was throughout our property and I was completely surprised when Mr. Y himself proclaimed our property termite free. I went from ant armies to ant-free in one visit! Ants had taken over my home — kitchen, bathroom, even the cat food bowls. I tried everything with no luck. I called Y's and Skye came the next day, used a pet-safe treatment, and the ants vanished instantly. Professional, quick and affordable — a total lifesaver! Highly recommend.

I called Y's Pest Control after noticing a hole in one of the screens that leads to the crawl space. I have had rodent issues in the past, and although the previous company was not bad, Y's Pest Control was even better. Yusuke was very professional and I appreciate the prompt and informative responses. He even came back several times after the service was complete to fix some aesthetic issues with the broken screens. Will definitely call again when a pest issues arises.

Yusuke is the only one to call for your rodent problem. We had a huge rodent problem, and had called several companies, prior to Yusuke, to resolve the issue. They all failed. Only Yusuke was able to get rid of them. One top of that Yusuke really has excellent customer skills! He knows what he is talking about. Highly recommended!

Yusuke at Y’s pest control is great providing Japanese quality service! He organizes all the termite treatment processes well without any surprise. He came to our place in Hermosa to explain the processes and asked us for any questions a few weeks before the date. Even though we had to reschedule the treatment due to a stormy weather condition, he gave me and the other unit’s owner appropriate instructions. We are finally done with everything, so happy to work with Y’s Pest Control!

Originally Terminex was supposed to fumigate my house, but on the day of fumigation they did not show up. I was so stressed and upset! I googled pest control companies and Y's Pest Control came up. I decided to call and Yusuke answered. I explained to him my situation, that evening (after his work hours) he did the Termite inspection and two days later he completed the fumigation. Yusuke is very professional, punctual, responsive and experienced, I HIGHLY recommend Y's Pest Control!

We had some issues with mosquitoes and termites. He was thorough and courteous. He and his co-worker Robert came on time and began the wait on the south side of the building. When they are done, the left the area and front lawn so clean. Communication with Skye was clear and understandable. I would recommend his company to anyone. First time and it was a pleasant experience using Y's Pest Control to fumigate termite and powderpost beetle. Skye came on site twice for the inspection and helped us to setup the fumigation in the same week as it was something very urgent for us and we need to get the job done ASAP. He arranged everything very thoroughly with professional and friendly services. Grew came on time as scheduled and we are very satisfied with Y's services.

Rodent problem: Very polite and punctual. Paid 650 dollars after an exterior inspection of potential entry points. Which included 4 visits starting with #1 visit was the free inspection day1. Day one he sealed off several potential entry points but not all. Poor inspection. Week 3. I pointed out additional potential entry points which were larger then those previously sealed. Week 3 he did a more detailed inspection of rough and sealed off and air duct, should have been done day 1. I have attached garage with obvious gaps where 2 car garage door opens and closes, was not addressed as a true concern. Week 3 he did seal off additional entry points that I inspected and discovered. Week 3 we did finally catch some small rats and 1 large 1 total about 4 rats. Week 3 I also indicated that garage attached wall from garage to house had a large opening. This should been found as part of initial inspection. He did not seal this off nor offer to have it sealed off. This opening was in very tight spot and I would not expect this to be included in the intial 650.00 dollar agreement. However indicating through a professional inspection he should have identified and made a recommendation. I spent an entire Saturday removing laundry area internal sealing with in garage to access the rat entry point and sealing it off. Week 4 which was his last visit had a few more rats and he basically felt he was done with his agreement. I would argue that he failed in his agreement because intial professional inspection was not thorough, therefore making his follow up visits ineffective. I have continued to battle rats, seal off entry points and monitor with a trail cam video. To date 24 rats have been eradicated. The last one as recent a christmas eve. I think I am near the end of the problem now. Will continue to monitor until 100% clear. Then I plan to do thorough inspection off attic and crawl space and seal off all traffic paths in between flooring sealing and walls. I recommend you watch many YouTube videos before you hire someone and know what you are paying for. I did not expect him to solve all this house's rat problem but I surely did not get 650 dollars worth of value. One last item he will only come around 1 time per weak to check for dead rats that start to decompose and smell after 2 days. Now he will return sooner if you request but that counts as 1 of your visits and only if his schedule allows. I have to regretfully say that despite Mr Y's patience, politeness and likeability, I could not recommend. Hopefully he will take my criticism as a chance to improve the service level of his new business.in fact
