SERIOUSLY impressed! Had been with a large, national chain for years and they can't hold a candle to the job these guys did. They put in the time and effort to make sure everything was taken care of, questions were answered honestly and without any high pressure sales pitch. Prices are more than fair and I got top flight customer service from everyone I dealt with.

I called West Coast Termite for a free inspection and these people (Alan and Brett) could not have been nicer or more professional. Alan was friendly and was willing explain what is the tell tale sign of an infestation and he showed me how my home was fortunately without any issues other than dry rot and age. I appreciate the professionalism and the honest approach. I could have been easily taken advantage of by someone recommending an unnecessary treatment. I will definitely keep these folks in mind if I have any future issues. Thanks, gents!

Inspection went smooth and Alex was very helpful and explained everything. The fumigators were about an hour late arriving but got it done. Company spot treated some areas that we didn't have fumigated.

I called West Coast Termite because I found a termite swarm in my attic. We ended up having the house tented as it had been decades since it was tented last. WCT were super professional, very responsive, very personable and the guys who came to put the tent up and take it down were awesome - so quick with a 2-story house, it was amazing. We were out of the house for 2 nights only - out at 5pm on a Monday and back in 11am on Wednesday. Would definitely recommend this company. Very reasonably priced too, a great value for their service.

Highly professional and thorough, West Coast Termite, Inc worked with me to fumigate my home. They were on-time, and assisted me as a return-customer with lodging when needed. The service provider was completely thorough and determined that we did NOT have termites.
