I was looking for a locally owned and well trained pest control company. I rely heavily on Google reviews to help make my decisions. I contacted Joseph and he came out a few days later. He spent quite a bit of time addressing our pest issues. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions. To date, we’ve seen a huge decrease in ants which were causing us major headaches.

I called this company based off good reviews, once I called and spoke to Joseph on the phone I knew he was more informed of my issue than the previous company I had called to also consider coming out. He explained everything to me on the phone and was able to come out the very next morning which I was extremely happy about. There was one negative review that someone wrote about a man of the company making her uncomfortable. That was definitely not my experience. He came out and was polite and professional, we went over all the issues I was having and he the job thoroughly. I am extremely happy with my service and would call this company again if I had any other future problems that needed to be taken care of.

And the neighbors said you were the only company (and she tried 4 different ones), to actually get rid of her bed bugs the 1st time!! The company was recommended by my property management. The house I reside in is old, and there are a ton of black widows around here. The person who came to spray was extremely unprofessional. He stood there with is arms crossed while he watched his coworker spray. I felt extremely uncomfortable with his presence as he was not subtle about staring at me. I will say that I was not home alone, and they had the same exact feeling I did. After the first visit, I found a huge black widow in my sunroom where my son plays. I had to request for them to come spray again. Afterwards, he was showing up at random hours, with no heads up. At one point his eyes were bloodshot and seemed like he was either drinking or had a really long night. I told him I was not ready for him as I was not prepared for his arrival. He then showed up again, and I had no idea he was coming. I was notified on my ring device that someone was at my door. He sprayed the front of my house without letting me know, and when I got home I found a bill for $150.00 on my door. I was very upset and let him know I was no longer in need of his services. I just received a call that he sent me to collections for the bill that again he only sprayed the front of my house, with no contact with me that he was coming. This man is extremely unprofessional. I work in construction and one of the most important aspects is to ensure that you make your customers feel comfortable as you are coming into their personal space, and I can tell you that I did not feel comfortable with this man in my home while I was home alone.
