Great experience from start to finish. Juan was very thorough with his inspection and report was very detailed and helpful. I was able to get on the schedule for both subterranean termite and tent fumigation treatment as I wanted for my 100+ year old house. Everyone: office, set up crew, and tear down crew were wonderful to work with. Strong communication during the process and respect for the property. I like that there is a guarantee for their work. Gina scheduled the appointment for me and it was a pleasure talking with her since she is so upbeat. Juan showed up exactly on time and was courteous, professional, friendly and thorough with his inspection. Gina answered my questions about preparing for the fumigation and arranged everything. Twice I had a question, left a message, and my call was returned a minute later by Gina or Lisa. Their prompt responses really impressed me. The process was smooth and worry-free. Called for an estimate. The lady said they didn't when I asked if they did consults and then laughed at me. When I asked if they did free estimates she said yes they did and then when I asked to speak with someone about it she left me on hold for over five minutes. Not a good way to do business with other large business in need of service... I only called bacause they had a high rating.

Fairly priced fumigation. Friendly staff. Took the time to explain the process and how the crew would protect my house while they were tenting it.
