Spoke with Edgar to consult for a pre move in inspection and I appreciate how he cared enough to explain and answer many of my questions about the process and his professional observations and records of different cities. The process can feel overwhelming especially while planning a move. ⚠️ FAILURE ⚠️ I recently used Gam Exterminating for a pest problem and the problem never got solved. I was charged $250 for an exterminator just to spray my walls. I called to inform Gam Exterminating that the problem was still occurring. They sent a different tech just to lay sticky traps. All in all, I still have the pest problem and wasted $250 for nothing.💰

Edgar and his team are not only reliable and unbelievably talented and qualified. They care. Edgar literally has sat me down, in both my houses, and explained how the bugs do their nastily little deeds. Rodents too. My homes are big, modern, and in great areas of Los Angeles and I am on a monthly system with the team.
