Termike Pest Control

I have been with this company since I moved into my house in 2001and they have always been accommodating and eager to help with any problems we happen to have with pest control. We never had problems with them and their prices are fair.

The guys doing the inspection were on a different page than the guys tenting! Was quoted verbally $3400 to start, then it went to $4100. And finally it ended up being $4500. We were told the deck wasn’t going to be done but then they had to. My tenant had all her house plants on the deck covered with a tarp.

EDIT: In the interest of clarity, I am editing my review and adding some pictures. Termike did not reach out to me until I posted a review, over a month after their service. Today, after I posted my original review, they called me from a number that is not associated with their business online and is marked as spam, so I didn't pick up the first time. I did pick up the second time. I asked them to respond to my emails instead of calling so there would be a written record. They claimed they never received any emails from me, until I sent them screenshots of the emails I previously sent. All screenshots of emails and calls are included below. Regarding the service: When Termike previously worked on our home, they did excellent rodent proofing and were very thorough and tidy. This most recent visit was the opposite. The new technician spray-foamed into our mesh crawlspace vent rather than patching with hardware cloth (as Termike had done in the past). The undersink work was sloppy and left gaps and sharp edges. The tech damaged our plumbing and left us with a leak. We ultimately hired folks to fix the plumbing and to redo everything, at additional cost. During the visit, the technician repeatedly argued with me about the work and insisted I was mistaken about Termike’s previous methods. When I continued asking questions, he became increasingly dismissive. This arose because I asked why he would spray foam a hole in a mesh vent rather than patch it with mesh, like they did before. My husband had to ask him to leave because the discussion was going nowhere and his work was not satisfactory, not to mention the broken plumbing. Termike has repeatedly invoiced me for $400 while not responding to any of my emails until after I posted this review. The company’s response here claims I used “derogatory language” and “threatened negative reviews,” which is not true. I have provided screenshots of all communication and there is no such threat or language in any of them. I posted this review only after being ignored for a month. I post negative reviews about companies when it is appropriate. I also post positive reviews. I try to be honest and accurate. It is disappointing that a company we previously had a good experience with handled this situation in this way.

They are the best pest control company. I had termites flying all over my house, Mike came and inspected and gave me a great price compared to other companies. My house got fumigated for 3 days , the team of termike tough me how to wrap my stuff and provided plastic bags. They are really nice people. I really recommend them for any pest control purposes.

Saw his advertisements on Instagram and it made my whole day! TerMike is a wonderful man and a genuinely good human being. I’m glad to live in a world where terMike is keeping us safe from the evils of termites.

Called these folks as they tented a house in my neighborhood. Mike came out in a Saturday and did a thorough inspection and explained the results. On the day of local treatment in 5 areas of our house he accompanied his colleague to make sure all bases were covered. Work including treatment repair and paint was finished at the end of the day. Work was neat complete courteous prompt fairly priced and very professional. Highly recommend. No one wants termites and damaged but Mike does it right.

After signing up the contract with me, Termike handed over to a sub-contractor to handle it. What is a mickey mouse job that I got.

Arrived on time for a free termite inspection. Pleasant and professional. Reported no need for action.

Would give a 6/5 stars if I could. I have worked with this company for two separate cockroach infestations at my home, and the quality of service they provide is better than what I had ever expected for the price they offer. The customer service team is very responsive and communicative. The exterminator Jerry is a top-notch professional with decades of experience under his belt. Jerry can answer almost any question that one might have with great detail and will throw in a good story to go along with it. Because of his knowledge and experience, I was able to contain my cockroach situation and I haven't yet seen a re-infestation. Jerry was also able to provide helpful tips on preventing any further re-infestations as well. Overall, I am very pleased with this service, and if I am ever unfortunate to find myself in another pest situation, I would be more than happy to work with this business again.

This company sub contracts the work so the company that shows up to do the work is not interested in customer service not do they care about the homeowner. Its unfortunate because I hired termike over other companies for the personal service.

We chose Termike Pest Control out of 5 termite inspectors that visited for an inspection. And we are glad we did.... The lady in the office I spoke with (I wish I remembered her name) was super nice, and friendly. And Mike and Jerry both came out right on time for the appointment in just a few days. This was a wonderful team, right at the start. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, and been in the pesticide business for many years. They are updated on the latest laws and reviews from OSHA, and use the safest gases. They were able to find all kinds of termite wood rot, just by eye.... and a poke. They know termites..!! They're also certified roof repair and wood working. So its a huge benefit to be able fix the rotted wood and tent at the same time. Jerry was our main contact, and he is an absolute solid, professional individual. He helped us and was there by our side during the entire process. All the rotted wood around the house was addressed and repaired. He always answered his phone. And had his utmost concern for our ease and comfort for our family to be at peace with all the work. He never failed us. As the tenting date approached... All the preparations got pretty unnerving for my wife and two little toddlers. The bagging of goods, the walk through, tent, property, gas, safety, ... etc, .. lots of concerns and questions came up. Again, Jerry was the man..! He NEVER failed us. He answered all our questions with positivity and maintained our confidence. His guidance and his reassurance kept us at ease the whole way though. He even came and visited to talk about the process. Max and Reuben did a wonderful job on our roof, and the facia's around the house. Paint was matched nicely. There was a part on the roof that was overlooked, but when we spotted it. Jerry had our back and it was addressed and completed the next day. They cleaned and picked up everything after completion. You can't even tell, it looks newer and nicer than before. Mike and Jerry have a wonderful team. And Jerry was so genuine. He had true value and concern for our home and our safety with our entire family. He takes his knowledge seriously and has a lot of heart for the love of his job and his customers. And they do exceptional work!! We are so glad we had TERMIKE take care of our home. We couldn't of asked for better care. Thank you guys...!!!

Had a bug problem in our apartment which was concerning to us as we have a 2 year old and a newborn. Reached out to Termike and the rest is history! They were professional and timely. I loved that they were very easy to communicate w and responsive. Jerry came out to figure out what was going on and even set up traps to ensure we got the right bugs. He did the treatment fast and cleanly and was very thorough. Would recommend him to everyone!!

We reached out to Termike Pest Control and had someone out within 24 hours for our Termite inspection (which was amazing as we were worried with a swarm we had observed in our backyard!) Jerry came out and was right on time. He was very thorough and patient with us as he worked around our work schedules and explained everything he saw. Scheduled an inspection with Termike because we saw some termite droppings. Jerry came out to my house right on time and was very nice and professional. He found a couple of areas where the termites were and recommended a local treatment..no need for a full tent. Would recommend him to anyone.
