I would highly recommend Bully Pest control to all my friends in family! I inquired about them on yelp and they were able to message me back right away about exactly what I was looking for. I decided to give them a call to explain that I had an attic clean out by an insulation company recently to remove a previous rat infestation but after they cleaned it out I noticed a few spots of rat poop scattered. It seemed old but I wanted to be sure before we had the insulation put back in. I spoke with Teresa who was very friendly and kind and said she could get a tech to come out as quickly as the next day. The cost was very reasonable for an inspection and weekly follow-ups. I had no idea what to expect but wanted an honest company to do business with. We scheduled the appointment that week at a time that worked for me, she gave me a window and the technicians name. Joaquin was on time, ready to work, asked me questions, respected my home by wearing shoe booties and even gave me some tips and tricks to consider to prevent rodent activity. He was honest, I wasn't rushed and he reassured me that he did not find any evidence that there were rats up there. Turns out the insulation company missed a few spots because it was older rat feces. Joaquin ended up not charging me for the services although I wanted to at least give him a tip for his time and honesty he did not take it. To find an honest company who values customer service, friendly demeanor and thorough is very hard to find. If I ever need their services again, I am definitely calling them and will be telling my friends and family. Please give them a call because the reviews are accurate 5/5 stars! Very happy with our decision Bully Pest Control after discovering American Roaches in the attic. Would rank as excellent in all criteria that mattered to us- effectiveness (it’s been 5 weeks and no sightings), responsiveness, professionalism, and zero pressure to upsell. The owner, Joaquin, completed the evaluation and executed the plan. He has a friendly and thoughtful attitude towards customer service. Hopefully we won’t have more issues as we signed up for ongoing service.

Joaquin was able to do what 5 other companies couldn’t do, simply explain what needs to be done to fix the problem, everyone else just tells you to pay for a service that doesn’t work, highly recommended!!!

Joaquin from Bully Pest Control responded quickly to my SOS call for removal of a hornets nest located near my front door, we scheduled for the very next day! He communicated with me regarding his on-time arrival, made quick work of the issue and sprayed the perimeter of the house. All around a great experience... Had a rat problem I couldn't deal with on my own. Contacted the company and they were efficient in getting back to me . Came over on time and gave me a plan of action and a very competitive quote. I followed his instructions and he'd come back once a week to follow up ( for three weeks total). Any concerns or questions I could contact him and he'd get back to me, again in a timely manner. The rats are now gone! I highly recommend Bully pest control- Joaquin is not only knowledgeable but easy to work with and an upstanding guy..

Joaquin was very professional and thorough. I had a bird mite infestation in my bed room and he was the only exterminator in the area that was willing to help and he was very quick to respond! I have nothing but great things to say and am proud to say that after a thorough treatment process the bird mites are gone! Couldn’t recommend more!

I am SO happy with the work Joaquin did, he came the day I reached out to him and found the source of our roaches within about 60 seconds of being here. He went above and beyond and took care of some wasp nests I didn't even know I had. We signed up for the quarterly service and feel so much more at ease knowing our roach and spider (and apparently wasp) issues will be taken care of.

I am so thankful i came across bully pest control! We just moved in and we were dealing with a bad ant and spider problem. Right off the bat they were very helpful and knowledgeable to what we needed. The service tech who showed up was professional and to the point you could tell he had a lot of experience. We moved into an apartment which apparently had a cockroach problem. The pest control company that the apartment was using could not take care of the issue so we reached out independently to another company. We reached out to Joaquin from Bully Pest Control. Joaquin was knowledgeable in regards to our situation. He was knowledgeable in regards to our situation and assured us that he could take care of the problem but it would take some time. He did the initial service and a few follow-ups and we haven't had a cockroach problem since. Thank you, Joaquin!

Great service and fair pricing is just the beginning. Joaquin is very polite and is very informational on the treatments you need or any professional advice that you are seeking regarding your pest set-up. We have a fur baby that we had concerns regarding the chemicals used, Joaquin put our concerns and fears at ease and explained that he uses pet friendly products that are top shelf. Ever since starting our pest control journey at our property with him we haven't had any issues. Highly recommend his services.

Called bully pest control at my moms ant issue, we previously hired 2 other well known companies and the ants continued. Called bully pest and they were here that very same day and it was later in the day. Joaquin came out and got to work right away, it's been 2 months and we haven't seen an ant yet. I highly recommend calling bully pest control, and they also had the best price and didn't charge a start up fee.

This guy Juaquin is great!!! We had a roach problem and spider…..with in a couple weeks of the service he provided we saw a big result. I’m pleased with his work very polite affordable and most importantly professional. I won’t share a picture because of privacy but believe me he did a great job. Totally recommend Bully Pest Control. I believe he’s also local to Buena Park.
