Great business! The technician J. Dolan arrived, listened to my concerns and was super thorough. Explained everything from beginning to the end with no guessing. I appreciated his level of expertise.

John was amazing. He came and assessed the problem and dealt with it efficiently. The problem has not returned and we are totally pleased with his service. You can't miss with this exterminator on call. Highly recommend John Dolan's services.

John came to our house for an evaluation very promptly (same day service!) for an evaluation for bed bugs after we woke up for several days with unexplained bites. John was extremely professional, did a careful examination of both the bed and our skin and determined that we likely were getting spider bites as, fortunately, no bed bugs were present. He saved us a large cost and gave us peace of mind. He easily could have charged us for unnecessary services but did not, proving his integrity. We will be calling Armed Exterminators for our pest needs in the future.

I called them for wasp and spider problem, they came out on the same day. John was informative and honest about the issue and did not push for any unnecessary services.

John Dolan came to my home for a big ant problem I was having. He took the time to explain the ant behaviors, walked the property with me and showed me several places they were nesting. John was very thorough and knowledgeable with explaining the extermination process, what they used, and the results will be expecting. I am looking forward to the ant infestations disappearing. I would recommend Armed Exterminators to anyone having a pest problem.

Their rep, John Dolan, came by on a Sunday morning and could not have been more professional, more knowledgeable or more calming about the situation. He didn’t try to upsell me, he didn’t try to fear monger, he just laid out what our situation was the different ways it might evolve going forward. I came back inside and told my wife, that was an A+ customer service experience. Unequivocally, the only exterminator company I’ll be using going forward!

We had a great experience with John from Armed Exterminators. During the initial inspection he was able to provide helpful tips for setting traps and things to do to keep pests at bay. I hope never to need their services again but if I do, they will be my first call.

Fantastic service from technician John Dolan. This company is straight forward, courteous, and seem to truly care about the people they work with. Would highly recommend over any of the big name companies because you'll get a quality, non-cookie cutter solution to your pest issues. I live in a high-traffic area for many animals and pests, so this company will be on speed dial for me for the future.

John came to our home to help us with a cockroach issue and he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He was really patient, answering all our questions and making sure we understood our options. I can't recommend working with Armed Exterminators enough, we will definitely be calling them again if we have any further issues!
