Young did a truly great job. He took the time to explain every step of the process, what to expect afterward, and made me feel completely supported throughout. The treatment was done quickly, everything was handled efficiently, and there was almost no smell left afterward. I’m very grateful to the company for such fast and effective service . I want to give a shout out to Young at GnB Termite and pest control. I Found GnB through Angi. From the very beginning, Young was professional, courteous, and authentic. We found termite droppings in my family den and requested a termite inspection and estimate. Young did a thorough inspection job, including inspecting under the foundation of the house. He was very honest and respectful about where the termite problem was. His recommendations were reasonable and acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised at how honest he was. I truly appreciated his integrity. I had other termite inspectors come, who did not do the level of inspection that Young did. And as I was expecting, automatically recommended the most expensive treatment option. Instead, Young found localized termites, treated it and repaired the dry rot wood. He even did an additional side job for me that was very reasonable. He and his coworker respected my property and house and left the work area clean. I highly recommend GNB for your termite treatment and construction needs.

I had Gnb Termite spot treat my home for termites. I found Young, the owners son, to be very honest. We had another company come out and was told I also had subterranean termites when I did not. Young explained why he felt there were no signs of subterranean termites. He explained everything to me. He will also give you a one year warranty and told me to call in a year and he will come back and inspect and retreat any area that have signs of termites for free. You just can’t beat that.

Does not follow instructions at all. Told him to call me for estimate for our business. He had my agent give him a key and her alarm code and never called me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Called GNB for my termite problems. They examined my house thoroughly and recommended to tent my house. They answered lots of questions I had about termites. During the process, GNB explained very well how I should prepare prior to tenting my house; it was my first time getting my house tented. Everything happened on time per what I was told. Unlike the previous companies I’ve gone through which left me disappointed with their lack of thoroughness and efficiency, GnB was able to resolve my termite issue promptly. Charlie, the operator, explained to me in detail all the information I needed to know about termites, their activities, and also the best method of treatment for my current circumstance. He walked me through each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. Charlie and his crew were very professional in the sense that they secured the whole perimeter rather than simply treating the visible areas.
