I can't say enough awesome things about Doug & Sons! Talk about going above & beyond - I was panicked over seeing what I thought were rodent droppings in my garage. I called Doug pleading for help. He talked me off the ledge and explained in detail what could be happening and prudent next steps. In the end, it ended up being nothing, thank goodness. But Doug was extremely patient, taking time to listen thoughtfully, review photos and make an assessment. And he does it all at an insanely fair price. I pray I never need him again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you so much, Doug & Sons!

My experience with Doug & Sons is consistent with the others. Knowledgable, experienced, honest, conscientious, what's not to like? Even very fair pricing. Doug's a pleasure to work with. It's such a pleasant experience to get your money's worth from someone who knows what they're doing!

Turns out I had a fly infestation outside my front door, no Bueno. But Doug explained that he'd seen this before and it was due to my neighbor's backyard going unwaterered. He said he could spray my property, but it would do little good and advised against it. I was very impressed Doug wasn't after a quick buck, very much appreciated his honesty.

I was referred to Doug after we found a rat had entered our home. Doug was so incredibly helpful, set strategic traps for us and he told us we could call him at any time. A few days later my husband was able to trap the rat in our small laundry room and Doug came over at 9:45pm to help get the rat out of our house. If we had gone with a larger pest company, we never would have gotten the level of service we received with Doug. Can't recommend him highly enough!
