I would not recommend this company to anyone! There was damage done to the tile on my roof, contacted them due to us have warranty on any tile damage. After many many calls and emails (during 3 weeks) finally got a confirmation they would come home to replace the tiles! They came to put glue on the tiles they broke? Not sure the point of purchasing tile warranty after tenting is??

Brenda-<br>We reviewed the file for the property in question. The roof tile contract was purchased for this property and, as mentioned in previous emails to you, the contract covers damage to tiles during the fumigation process only. The crew did the count and our office informed you that there were 2 damaged tiles and the roofer would be out within 30 days to repair. Our office and the fumigation department was in contact with you keeping you up to date with the status. Indeed, there was a slight delay, but we did get the tiles fixed and notified you throughout the process. At Rubbo Termite, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and hope that you would consider using us again and give us another chance.
