I recently shared my experience with MPC —and it was negative. However, Andrew H was sent out to better service us. He was extremely kind and thorough with his work and made sure to call to get clarification on where we lived and what service we needed done. Hoping to share more once results are seen.

Mission Pest Control of Escondido California, is the best! Someone brought a cockroach into my home so I was super anxiety since I had never even had a flea. From the first phone call on Saturday February 21st 2026 Colton scheduled his team to come out on Monday, he would have sent a team on Saturday except I had to clean up all the diatomaceous earth that I had spread over my kitchen. AI even instructed me to use a professional company even though I had used the diatomaceous earth. I am so happy I made that decision to use Mission Pest Control. They were like the calvary, three trucks came to my home on Monday. They took down all the cobwebs from underneath the roof overhang sprayed sprayed the outside of the house to get rid of ants ans spiders, came into the house and sprayed all interior moldings and a sprayed into the two Cupboards in which I found German cockroach nest. They reassured me everything is under control and they will come back in 1 month and then on a 3-month basis. Jeff ,Daniel and Juan you all were very knowledgeable to all my questions, professional and courteous,thank you so much !!!!

Kai was great. Our real problem is ants. We seem to be in the middle of some ant highway so we have to be vigilant. These guys always knock it out and are extremely courteous and professional. 10/10 as always

I spoke with the company to place rate boxes around my house and they told me that they need to place a total of 3 boxes. The technician only placed one box. He also did not notify us when he was done with spraying. There was a dead mouse in the side yard and he did not remove it.
