Our technician, William, is great! Super nice guy and always willing and helpful with any pest issues we have. The service always calls to confirm service dates so there are never any surprise or unexpected visits. They also offer free retreats if you have any issues during the month…. We have been a customer of theirs for ~15 years.

I needed a written statement from you ensuring you did not find any rodents. You said you didnt find any but refused to put it in writing. Instead you wanted $395.00 to set traps for a month. Proving youre only in it for the money and not the service to a client . We would not call you again.

Wonderful service. Scott explained the whole process clearly and answered all my questions before getting started. The process of spraying outside and inside my home did not take too long. It even did the job. It’s been 3 days now and I’ve only seen the most 5 ants total and no spiders. I highly recommend Zenith Environmental.
