Kenneth is wonderful to work with. He has a great personality and takes care when he uses the pest control spray. I was worried about my two dogs, but all was good since Kenneth is careful and takes pride in the work. I’m not sure the spray was strong enough because I still notice some bugs and spiders. I’m hoping to get my yard resprayed.

I was pleased to get immediate service to ward off the huge early influx of box elder beetles. But we noticed that we still had many still alive and thriving, both inside and outside our home 4 days after the treatment. When I called the company about this I was informed that the early heatwave was probably the reason for an ongoing infestation. It was recommended to wait until more hot weather and probably more bugs arrived to order another treatment. I was grateful to hear that the price for the second treatment will be reduced.

Kilroy came out three times to get rid of my spring ant problem and were successful! Very pleased.

I’m still having spider and cockroach problems and my eaves are spotty with spiderwebs still that didn’t get cleaned out so I’m sure that the service can be improved.

Alfredo does a wonderful job. He always let me know when he is coming and is very considerate and conscientious. Thanks for great service.

Be cautious of this company. My elderly father gave the technician a check - even after he was set up on a payment plan he was sent to collections. Turns out the check had been cashed weeks prior. We sent them proof. Do not trust this company, they take advantage of elderly customers. And the technicians have little to no communication with customers. I am posting this so others in our community are aware.

Eddie treated the place Im renting for 4 months. There was no consistency to him showing up to do the monthly service, so I texted him reminders. Also, when I notified him that the spot treatment wasn't working he disregarded my concerns. He did not clean spider webs on the outside and used a tool to pry open my gate rather than wait for me to come to the gate. He didn't show up for the month of July. Officially stop using this company and would not recommend.

The only did 1/2 of the job and sent a bill that was 2x the amount quoted on the phone!

Very bad company stay away

Services very good and excellent at beginning then for whatever reason, lack of employee or internal communication I wasn’t getting service getting service the front of the house getting charged for the complete service and when I called to find out what’s going on, I felt like I was talking to Secret Service. I just paid the last bill and dealing with different company.

This one guy who services the area is always deliberately spraying into animal bowls. No its not by accident. Also doesnt spray full area. Gives a quick random squirt then moves on to a different side of house..

It is with sadness that I have to write a review to warn others of Killroy employees. For years our property was serviced by a technician named Dan and was excellent. For the last five years we've had to deal with a heavy set lady you would arrive at our property site and pick up her dusting brush and walk around with it while she was on the phone on she rarely sprayed for crawling insects. She left and we got Richard, Richard liked to talk about himself constantly and how great he was.... The other day I noticed a yellow jacket nest in a bush next to our driveway, called Killroy and Richard came by spent ten minutes talking about the weather and that he used to live down by Santa Barbara with the same weather. He got his sprayer and spent two minutes spraying the bush and handed me the bill for $250 dollars. I have been a customer for 34+ years. I called the office and they stated that I had been a customer for a long time and was getting a very low fee for services. They raised my rate once or twice a year,she said she'd settle for $150 on the service. This is a warning sign, the service has slipped, the employees we get are second rate nowadays. So I cancelled their service I have found a company superior in services and employees and now contract with them......

I’m very upset about the service. Not professional and doesn’t care about the customers. We had termite inspection done a week ago and still don’t see the termite report. When I showed the urgency and demand when I called, the operator just forwarded me to someone’s voice mail, and of course, no reply because they don’t care! In the end, their excuses was sick week, or ppl on vacation, short of staff. If so, why are you still doing business?! I’ve never worked with a termite company with such bad quality. I’m very disappointed. Do NOT recommend !
