Dat came for a home inspection shortly after we closed on the house. Dat was punctual, in fact, he arrived about 30 minutes earlier. Dat took his time and inspected the entirety of the home, except for the few things that obviously were not feasible. At the end of his inspection, he walked me through some of the spots he recommended I keep an eye out for or even areas I could fix up quick myself. All of his suggestions made sense and were easy to understand. As a first time homebuyer, the whole process is overwhelming but Dat made it easy to understand during the walkthrough.
