I had a great experience with Omar at Premium Termite & Pest Control. He reached out with clear communication before he even arrived, showed up on time, and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and offered reasonable pricing. Best of all, he completed the work right away. I had also received a competing quote, and that company seemed more interested in locking me into unnecessary ongoing and future services than in solving the issue at hand. Omar focused on the job that needed doing and did it well, which is truly the best way to earn future business. Would definitely recommend Omar and the company.

I have been using this company since last year. They have helped when we had an ant problem. I continued to use there service until the time was right to finally have the house tented (fumigation for termites). The whole process went better than I expected! I can't say enough good things about Premium Termite and Pest Control, especially Oscar! I was at my wit's end with an ant problem that seemed impossible to solve. I had multiple companies come out, spray, and promise results, only for the ants to return within days. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a waste of money. Then I called Premium Termite and Pest Control, and Oscar came to the rescue. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly understood exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he solve the ant issue right away, but they haven't been back since.

I’ve had service from this company for more than a year and it’s always been a great experience with the staff. We had an ant problem before using Premium termite and pest control and since they started servicing our house we haven’t had any ant problems and little to none spiders. Omar, Oscar, and Tony have serviced my property on multiple occasions and they each do a great job and are very detailed. Not only do they do a great job but they are very professional and personable. They are also flexible with scheduling. Bre, is very helpful and flexible when it comes to moving dates and times around.

The level of detail and care Oscar puts into clearing all the spiderwebs from my property was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond. Plus, his spray treatment has been incredibly effective I've noticed a significant difference. If you want a thorough and effective job, Oscar's your guy!
