Great customer service and prompt attention! Called to have them come and give me a qoute on an area with termites starting and within 2 days Deanna was able to get a technician out to service my house ! Highly recommend I have cancelled my Terminex service and now are using Castwest

We were able to have a team member come out same day to our business and take care of a minor issue. He was very professional and took care of an issue quickly. He didn't try to upsell anything and actually thought we did not need anything more than what he did that day even though I asked if we would need to come back again for something more.

Caswest Extermination is a great company to work with for all your termite and pest control needs. They are very skilled at doing termite work and making other section 2 repairs as needed for VA loan home buyers. The owner is awesome and does her best to get things done on time and at a very competitive price.

WEIGH LESS Personalized Medical Weight Loss
I found the customer service & staff at Caswest to be exceptional. I had to change appointments, twice, due to unforseen work situations, both times, they were very accommodating. I had never hired an exterminator service, so I had many questions. They answered each question with lots of patience, making sure I understood the process. Afterwards, Aaron provided a detailed report & explained each issue listed in the report he then offered multiple options & described the pros & cons of each. I found their follow-up service also exceptional. This is a company I will continue to use, whether for future real estate ventures or personal home maintenance. Thank you, Caswest, I'm so glad my real estate agent referred you to me.

Absolutely worthless. No response to calls, texts etc. my home is infested w ants and I needed a follow up treatment. No response. Repeated calls, texts received no response. Yet they still send me bills, yeah good luck see you in small claims court.
