Great company. Every time they come out, they perform a thorough job. The office staff and technicians are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. They care about their customers.

I called in to speak to someone to get familiar with the process and prices. I spoke to this really lovely lady over the phone. I believe her name was Jennifer. She answered all of my questions very kind and patiently. I’ve called other places to get a quote And everyone else has been extremely short. I appreciate good customer service. From my first meeting with Randy to find initial issues (and there were a lot) - to a day spent having Allen and Jaime in and around our home. I can not speak greater volumes to the professionalism and eye for detail. The work is excellent. Comprehensive. And tailored to the many needs we had for rat control. But- as a stay at home mom, of two little ones- my trust in their kindness, and who Jaime and Allen were as people was above and beyond. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have used Get Ur Done for years. Randy, the owner always personally comes out and inspects what his team does. Whenever I’ve had an issue with rats from electricians or other workers who have been out at the house and have done a sloppy job reconnecting vents or screens, Randy comes out or sends one of his team members like Allan and they take care of reestablishing covers to make sure that no rodents are coming back into the house. I’ve been under contract for the Termite Inspection and have not had an issue since I have worked with Get Ur Done.

Unsafe. Tech wore his mask around his chin and wouldn't physically distance from me. I had called ahead because I live with a high risk person. They were dismissive even before the tech came and I should have just cancelled the appointment then and there, but we needed the work done. Afterwards when I called they were again extremely dismissive and essentially told me that I was overreacting. The state and local health code ask that masks be worn (and correctly). Not a way to run a business. They also appear to have overcharged me.

This company is negligent with checking crawl spaces for pets and animals. Beware if you don’t want yours (or your neighbors) pet to be fumigated to death. They will say that they made sure to check and it was “clear” but they don’t.
