Thank you Mr Greg for patiently answering all my queries satisfactorily even before we signed contract for your companies services and never rushing us to purchase the services. The technician Brian was on time for our service and communicated before hand via text about his arrival time, which we really appreciate. he inspected the house, cabinets thoroughly and explained us the whole process and dos and dont's after spraying is done. Brian patiently answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. What we really liked he didn’t rush through the whole thing and took care of the service with the time needed for both inside and outside the house. Will update regarding effectiveness of treatment in a couple of months, we are already seeing some positive results so hopefully the pests in our house will soon be completely eradicated. Thank you

They have an awesome employee, Michael Tovar, that was able to take my initial phone call, provide an assessment, walk me through their process, give me a quote for their services, and took payment — all in my initial phone call without someone having to come out first to do an assessment. Then they came and performed their services and I received communication throughout the process from their field worker, with a final follow-up from their administrative team with the report we needed! I live in the wildland intermix which has critters that are not welcomed around my property especially rats. I have contracted with PacWest Exterminators for several years. Their treatment around my property has eradicated rats from residing in my home and garage. I have utilized their services to treat a termite problem.They were professional with great preparation prior to tenting the structures and did so without damage to excessive live plant damage. I will continue to utilize their services.

I had my house fumigated by PacWestExterminators from 4/22 to 4/24/2024. I am very impressed with their professionalism, especially Greg Bird. When Greg came to inspect the house, he spent 45 minutes walking around and inside the house to look for possible termite infections. He explained to me where and why certain parts of the house could be infected, and answered all the questions my wife and I had. He inspected every single beam and told us where the beams might have termites etc... Greg took care of customers very well, he's very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The day when the fumigation team came, It was fun to watch them working, they worked with each other so well, they were very professional and courteous, and they asked us if we needed more time to be ready. The best part was their quote was among the lowest quotes we received from many companies. We paid $2,500 for the service and we are very pleased. Do not hesitate to call Greg Bird, I bet you'll be happy.

PacWest Exterminators - best pest exterminator in LA and OC counties. I'd totally recommend their services to my friends and families.

Called them about roof rats in my attic and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Took time off work to make the meeting. When they arrived I was informed that it would cost $195 for the inspection. I would give them 1 star except they seemed very knowledgeable and shared some good info.
