Fenn Termite + Pest Control

Had a wonderful experience with FENN Pest Control today. The Technician JACOB was outstanding! Exhibited great customer service skills, was professional and knowledgeable about treatment requested. Thank you!

I do not recommend this company. Last week, I called because I had squirrels that had accessed a vent from my roof. I needed someone on the roof. I very specifically stated that I needed someone on the roof because I had squirrels INSIDE the vent above the stove where the only access point for that vent was the roof. The access point on the roof needed to be closed off so that the squirrels did not get into the vent again. This company - knowing that it was going to charge me a mandatory fee of $75 - sent me a technician that could not do what I needed done. The technician went into the attic for maybe five minutes before telling me he could not go on the roof. After a speedy review of my attic, he told me there were two rodent access points in the attic, but it still did not solve my initial problem that I specifically called for. I had to pay $75 to this company without getting the help that I actually needed. I then called Orkin, who I do recommend. I explained the same problem to them, letting them know that I needed someone on the roof. Their operator put me on hold for a few minutes to specifically check if the technician could go on my roof because they did not want to send someone out to my house if he couldn't actually do what I needed. Thankfully, he could. When the Orkin technician arrived, having been told the exact same information that this company was told, he not only went on the roof, but then he went into the attic and walked the perimeter of the house in order to give me a full inspection report FOR FREE. He spent close to 40 minutes doing the inspection. The report was thorough. Detailed. The technician had pictures of everything, and there were 9 entry points (including a few that were indeed on the roof). I saw the picture of the open vent and scratch marks where the squirrels had accessed the vent that went to my kitchen. I have now contracted with Orkin to do the work of sealing the 9 (not just 2) entry points. Orkin was amazing. I will continue to give them my business. I'm sorry I ever called FENN to begin with.

I highly recommend FENN Termite & Pest Control. This is our HOA's 2nd year using FENN for our community's annual termite inspection and we also use them for our monthly pest control. The board is very pleased with the termite inspection/treatment we received last week by inspector, Alejandro Sanchez. He was punctual, professional, and thorough with the inspection. He stayed on site to leave notices to those who missed their appointment and knocked on each door. His communication was excellent! He returned all my calls promptly and answered all the resident's questions. I have served on the board of directors for the last 13 years so I have experience with many top local termite& pest companies but FENN is by far the best.

Sergio is AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SO VERY NICE! My husband and I really appreciate the work he has been doing on our home routinely for a year now. We have limited spiders and feel much safer at home knowing we are safe from unwanted pests as well!

Serviced our apartment starting around September. For 8 weeks we had an insufficient technician come in who failed to tell us about the proper prep for the unit which resulted in them using a lesser form of treatment on our unit. Their workers are extremely inefficient with their methods and have extremely poor communication with the tenants of the unit to which they service. I honestly can’t believe the company has grown to this degree with the work they’re doing, as they’ve kept our home in shambles for about 3-4 months and don’t feel any sort of rush due to this fact. The manager here told me it takes around 6 weeks to find the source of infestation for roaches, our kitchen is as small as can be, and we wasted 8 weeks of our time until one of their workers had the thought to actually look at the source of infestation. Extremely amateur work being done by this company and its employees. If you’re going to waste your time and money on a service such as this, then find yourself another company to service you. Please save yourself the time and the hassle from being serviced by this company unless you want your home to be in shambles for months and then just get note that “it’s not prepped right” even though nothing was mentioned. It’s still insanely baffling to me how many people trust this company. Don’t waste your time.

Sergio from Fenn Pest is a great technician that helps us upkeep our property and manages any pest issues that arise throughout the year. He is communicative, attentive to our needs, and takes care of us in a timely manner when urgent matters arise. He is also friendly with our residents, and addresses every one’s concerns with understanding and patience, and handles inspections with great care.

Always a pleasure seeing Jessie coming to our property, he goes above and beyond and his customer service is excellent! We have zero complaints about him such a great guy and a hard worker!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits — confirmed by our tenant. This isn’t just incompetence; it’s dishonest. Do yourself a favor: steer clear. I never post reviews but in this case felt it was warranted to share as there are plenty of companies out there who actually deliver what they promise — this is not one of them.

Fidel was AMAZING. So helpful so knowledgeable, so kind, and so professional! I was very impressed with Fidel and will for sure use Feb in the future because of him and how he represented the company.

Jesse is an awesome exterminator! Very thorough and helpful. Osmara, Sarah, and Gio are also super helpful behind the desk.

Had them come in for pest control. We moved everything prior to make their jobs easier so they did not have to move it themselves. They moved my bookcase and dropped everything from the shelves. Broke my souvenirs and did not bother to pick it up or clean it. There is glass and glitter all over my carpet. Didn’t even bother reporting to the owners of the house that they had broken something and never issued an apology. This company is not professional and has no respect. There are other reviews saying the same thing that they had broken something in their house. Do not book this company!

We reported that some animal is digging holes in our porch for more than a month. An inspector came to detect it, but couldn’t definitively determine the problem and hence the solution to take care of this. Following the first inspection, the senior manager of the company discussed the issue with me and came down for another inspection. He detected ground squirrels are digging holes in our porch. Although due to multiple law restrictions he can not do much to prevent this digging, but still he tried his best, out of the conventional way, to help us in this issue. So, we really appreciate the help from the company and giving 5 star for their service.

We hired Fenn a couple of years ago to get rid of a massive ant infestation. They did a great job, so we signed a contract for quarterly service. They are professional, courteous, and reliable. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Disappointed, I had Fenn for on a monthly for several years to service our home in Venice. I'd say my rat traps were empty of bait more than 50% of the time.

As loyal customers of Fenn Pest, we made the decision to fumigate our offices. However, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the fumigation procedures and tenting process. The absence of a comprehensive walk-through of the actual fumigation operation left us scrambling to make expensive, last-minute decisions on the day of service. We expected more care and honesty during the preparation discussion, or at the very least, a representative from the subcontracted fumigation team should have been present to ensure a smoother day of operation process.

Tobias came out for a free inspection and we hit it off right away so I had him go ahead and do the treatment then. He was friendly and honest and not pushy like our previous pest company. Fenn has my business from now on.

40+ yrs. never knew, heard or saw a bed bug. Googled, found Fenn, and chose this long-standing family-owned business; which has proven old family business ethics still exists. What luck!. After our Fenn experience, I now understood why Fenn couldn't schedule us right away; professional, on-time service, patient and courtesy staff. Fabiola went above and beyond when she stayed after hours on the phone with me until I got home to make sure everything was safe. Michelle's diligent work ethics had us schedule for a second treatment and never gave up to reimburse us for our second hotel stay. Sonia said and did expedite our reimbursement check. Thank you Mr. Fenn. You have the best staff I've ever dealt with over the phone . I HIGHLY recommend FENN to EVERYONE!

They do a great job the techs are knowledgeable, and they understand their customers needs

So sorry I cannot give them less than one star. Unfortunately for me, our HOA works with them and they where the ones who supposed to come and deal with rodents in our house. After 4 hours of calling and waiting for information I had to deal with rodents myself :D Note- I did call other pest control company and they where able to give me prices and availability, all in 20 min! So sorry I can't mention their name here now. I would never recommend this company to anyone
