Story termite and pest control came out and took care of a severe ant issue that I had. They were professional and solved the problem in one initial visit and one followup. I highly recommend.

We moved into our house in September and the rain started in January. Then the ants moved in to get out of the rain. Just a few at first and we killed them and moved on with our days. But the rain didn’t stop and neither did the ants. We did our best to keep up, but eventually, for every ant we killed, two or three more appeared. The day we went into the kitchen and saw a huge trail of ants across the floor and lots of others scurrying everywhere, we knew that we had long since passed our abilities as civilians to quell the invasion. I called Story Termite & Pest. They were closed, but the message directed me to Kevin, the pest expert, who asked some questions and went into problem-solving mode. He sent Brian over to assess the situation. Brian sprayed the house perimeter on the exterior and the baseboards in the interior. He dusted the pipes in the kitchen and bathroom. The next morning there were a few strays. We found another trail in a specific place and Brian came promptly and sprayed the area. We are now ant free and recovering from the trauma. Brian and Kevin were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the thing that I really appreciated was that they treated the situation as an emergency and acted as quickly as they could. Even though they handle these sorts of things routinely, they understood that we were freaking out and that we needed help as soon as possible and they delivered. They were very reassuring and gave us lots of information about ants and pest control and we’re very grateful.
