I am a termite, and they couldn't get rid of me. I have a whole family down there that was just trying to survive, man. I mean, my whole family did and so did most of my cousins. We're still living there in peace now. But what the hell, man? They tried to kill us.

If you value timing, respect, accountability, and competence, run! I’m completely appalled by my experience with Key Termite. I had multiple calls with them before the tent went on, and each time they assured me the tent would come off “first thing in the morning” on Saturday. They knew I had a narrow window with other services, including gas, internet, and other move in appointments, scheduled immediately afterward, and that timing was critical. Yet Saturday came and went, and no one arrived anywhere close to first thing in the morning. After hearing those exact words multiple times, they did not show up until nearly 11am. In what world is 11am. “first thing in the morning”?! They lack any professional process. They sent subcontractors who could not communicate safety information or provide clear answers, leaving us completely in the dark. The safety notice was hidden rather than clearly posted, adding even more confusion. When I confronted the owner about the situation, he was defensive, and the office’s follow-up was hallow. To make matters worse, they appear to have little or no meaningful support available on Saturdays, despite scheduling work that directly impacts whether customers can access their homes. If you are going to make promises about weekend service, you should be available when those promises are not kept. Their communication was a disaster from start to finish.

We have been using Key for years. We are extremely pleased by Mike's service. He is dependable and very thorough. We also appreciate it that if we need an interim service, we are helped within just a day or two.

I called them today and this business does not serve Isla Vista or Goleta. Google has it wrong.

We’ve been with Key Pest Control for years at our house as well as our business. My mom even uses them now. Our technician, Mike, is awesome! I can call or text him with questions and concerns regarding either account. He is quick to respond and promptly addresses any pest issues we’ve had pop up between services. We’ve had him assist with ants, wasps, mice (one very stubborn mouse), and squirrels. Mike is knowledgeable and friendly making it easy to work with him. Definitely recommend!

Killed termites and treated all around the area.

My usual service person was fantastic. However the substitute person just sprayed pesticide in my animal water dishes, all over the hose (including attachment spigot) with which I water my fruit trees so I must now spend hundreds of dollar to replace these and go out shopping when I don’t have time. Something like that destroys all the good.
