do not use this company bad experience, field guy was great office awful.

I had a great experience with this company especially with the technician called Jose Jimenez.he was always available when we needed him .overall great person ,great work ethics,very polite and professional.will recommend Humboldt company and will definitely recommend to work with Jose Jimenez

I have had very positive experiences. Customer service from Joey Jimenez has been outstanding. He is kind, knowledgeable and comes with a positive attitude each time he has been to my home.

We use Humboldt Pest at my work and they have been very good and prompt. Cameron Lewis is are normal tech and he is great very friendly and gets the job done perfect. Any issue we have had with pest Cameron has fixed especially ant issues(this man deserves a raise).

We have Humboldt Termite & Pest Control at my work in Arcata and they are amazing. They are fast, efficient, and respectful and are very proactive at taking care of any termite & pest control need. Shout out to Cameron Lewis he does an amazing job at our business.

The tech left TWO doors to my backyard open. I live on a very busy street. I have two big dogs that can walk out. I am legally liable if they cause an accident because they are just dogs. I called HTPC to tell them about this negligence and was told someone would call me back. Nothing. No response. Disgusting.

No call, no show three times in a row when trying to get an estimate. Then tried to place blame elsewhere. Poor experience with poor customer service.

10/10 experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had an inspection to look at Powderpost beetles and other unknown wood boring insect activity and Jon was incredibly helpful, kind, and provided me with practical solutions. Highly recommended!

UPDATED REVIEW. After my initial review giving this company 5 stars I have to say I'm very disappointed in the companies responding to calls. Having just had service, which we were happy with, I got a automated call saying they would be coming out again for service and if there would be a problem I could call the number they stated. Well, for 2 days I've called and left messages stating my contract was for quarterly service, not a month service. We are now going on the 3 day and I'll again call.

Justin, Jon and John helped me with an attic clean out at my house, from scheduling to inspecting to actually doing the job. They all did a great job, were enjoyable to work with, and the result from the clean out has been tremendously beneficial.

I had the pleasure of waking with Justin and Andrew from Humboldt Termite & Pest control they were amazing from the start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, were respectful of my space and my pets. 100% recommend them if you're looking for good service and peace of mind.

Josh, was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to identify the source of ants within the 1st few minutes. I’m so excited to have such a great company doing my monthly business service.

I am very happy and satisfied with there services , they responded right away and had someone come out to start my service in a timely manner, now they come consistently once a month. i highly recommend Justin and Cameron, they are both very professional and acknowledgable about there job . Also they both are super friendly and explained to my husband and i what they are doing and what needs to be done. Over all we are very happy with them and just the services all together. 😊

Justin is very good with getting back to his customers and getting his techs out to service you in very reasonable time. I had cameron do my house and it turned out amazing.

Has this company died? I am trying to reach them by phone, have left messages to return my call so I can talk about my bill (and cancel the service bc they can’t respond), but no reply. I will need to call my credit card company next.

Happy with their service thus far

Humboldt Termite was great for the first year we had them and then they just stopped coming consistently. We were signed up for the monthly spray service and they would come maybe every 3 months the entire last year we had service with them and only after I called to ask them if/when they were coming next. It was more of a hassle than anything to deal with their service. They were always kind when I called to speak to them, but also didn’t seem to really care that they were messing up/not being consistent with service so that’s why I decided to cancel my service.

Beto is a friendly technician who offers the best customer service! He always checks in with us beforehand to confirm the timing is still good and so we can put our dogs and chickens away. Thank you, Beto!

We have been using this company for close to three years. They are always on top of it! I called this morning at 8:30am to ask if they could service our home off our normal schedule. Over the weekend we had ants getting through our window and doorway. The office girls are always so polite and helpful. She advised she could get someone out to us today, that alone was amazing! He then showed up at 10am! They are amazing at customer service, highly recommend!

We had some miscommunication over the phone when we called in to schedule over a call over but even so the representative of the company that came, Beto C, was still able to assist in any way he can help. He was patient, understanding, and even provided a lot of advice for the homeowners. He was determined to make sure we understood all details needed before he moved on to his next client.
