I'm glad to see all these positive reviews, as we have a very urgent pest situation. Unfortunately we have been calling to leave messages and requesting service through their website for over 24 hours, with no response. Does anyone know if this business has shut down?

We’ve been using 707 Pest Solutions for several months now. They have incredible customer service, professional, knowledgeable, friendly technicians, and the best price/service of the three companies we got quotes. We had a crazy ant problem a couple months after buying our home in McKinleyville (July 2026), and 707 Pest has taken care of that problem while also making us feel like they’re taking care of us, if that makes sense. My sister uses 707 Pest and recommended them, and I recommend them to anyone who needs a pest solution.

I've been with 707 pest for about 5 years now. Awesome team. recently with the rain, some ants started making their way back in the kitchen. I called them up and they sent out Walter. He brought like everything needed to take care of the job. He was super thorough with explaining what he was doing to treat the ant situation. Walter did a great job. Thanks again.

Trey and Dylan are great. They were on time both days. Hard workers. Professional. All interactions I had were friendly and not condescending. They answered even my stupidest questions without making me feel stupid. They’re almost finished and you can’t tell that any work was done because they leave the place so clean. They are a great “face” for 707 Pest Control. I won’t just recommend them and your company, I’ll be talking about them even when we’re not taking termites. From the quick, thorough, and free inspection, to the spotless worksite, you have my respect and gratitude.

Not only did they get our rodent problem under control but did it with a great level of dedication, professionalism and caring. Jeanette in the office is awesome. We signed up for the service and have never looked back.

We have been very happy with the knowledge, service and results from 707. Robert visited the office and gave us a free consultation. They come to do our service and we hardly know they are there. One of the things they do that I really appreciate is getting rid of the spiderwebs! I highly recommend you give them a call.

The monthly service charge is so affordable & the value is truly unparalleled coupled with the professionalism that comes along with it. Recently they came out to remove several bee hives and did so free of charge as part of their customer loyalty program. So thankful for that kind of a business model. 707 Pest Solutions is the best on The North-Coast!

I LOVE this company! I have been on a bi-monthly service for about a year now and no longer have problems with those nasty bugs of all kinds. On rare occasions, if ants come back, so does 707 Pest Solutions at NO extra charge. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Best price around and very good service, efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything about what he's doing, and that relaxed me quite a bit. He's also very honest about what to expect, the timeline, etc. Plus they're open Saturdays, or at least that's when they took my call, thank heavens! I had ants ALL over the place (new house), and while he told me not to expect them to disappear immediately, they have! Not a single ant straggling around, no more ants in my cabinets, outlets, etc. Phew, what a good feeling!
