Great job by Mosquito Joe!!!!!!! We have been customers of theirs for several years and have always received wonderful service from the office staff to everyone who protects our yard. Very good about notifying us when to expect them coming to spray and if weather changes then they notify us of the reschedule day. Love the service!!!!! We prepay for the service because we get a great price for doing that and you can add special services like the fly bags or shrubs if needed. Donny is a great staff representative for Mosquito Joe due to his knowledge of treatments to rid our yard of irritating insects and professional interaction with us when needed. Go Donny!!!!

Polite punctual professional

Mosquito Joe of Arkansas does a great job with their professional and punctual technicians and easy to contact, super helpful customer service. Every interaction with the people in the office is pleasant, even when you need to wait a week or start spraying later in the spring. They really work with you. As I’m married to an insect biologist, I dislike the term mosquito extermination even though that’s what spraying service is I suppose. The spray ingredient comes from an herbal plant so is naturally derived. Spraying every other week provides some relief from the awful mosquito population in my neighborhood. We still find other insects, spiders and geckos so it’s not killing everything. As long as there is standing water in our area including a slow moving creek and natural springs and overgrown lots that give mosquitoes a hiding place, spraying will only do so much. If you can convince your neighbors to add this service to treat their yards, eliminate standing water every day or so and trim their yards then I think that’s the perfect formula where you’ll be getting great results. The price of $70 a service is reasonable but it adds up over the long warm weather season. If you can afford it, I highly recommend. Plus, you’ll be able to talk with some very nice office staff on the other end of the line.

I watched the guy spray the berm of trees in my backyard. He only took two swipes, and only got maybe half of them. However, I paid full price for the whole burn to be sprayed. Disappointing!

This is my second year to use these folks and I’m not home much because of work so when I am home(like now) and i want to sit outside and enjoy a beverage I expect the mosquitoes to be dealt with……nope…no sir…been sitting outside for 10 minutes and have been bitten twice…I’m done and will be canceling my service

I reached out to Mosquito Joe for information and let them know that I would share the information with my husband and get back to them. A few days later I received an email with a link to set up my account. I responded that we had not committed and were not ready to set up an account. Her response to me was that she had spoken with someone at my cell phone number and address and received a credit card from them and authorized them to start service at my address. I was concerned about this and tried to get more information from her as to who she spoke with and the last four digits of the credit card. We went back and forth several times and she became rude and obstinate - would not give me any information (telling me she deleted it, but she clearly still had it all). My concern was centered around someone having my information (phone number, credit card, etc.) but she was dismissive and unwilling to help. We could have resolved this with just a little info so that I could make sure that it wasn't my credit card that was used since someone was clearly masking my phone number. I will now just have to watch my cards to make sure there is no charge, but I would absolutely never use this company. If there was ever a problem, I would be worried that they would refuse to help.

Started off being great, but when covid hit they made their workers go without PPE when dealing with hazardous chemicals. Then anyone who spoke up about it was terminated or was lied about and falsely accused of quitting.

Paid $110 plus tax for 2 applications in hopes they could make our yard hospitable for our son’s birthday party. It did help a little, but my kids still each had over 20 mosquito bites from about 1 hour outside during the party. Now about 2 weeks after their last application (we just returned from 10 days of vacation) and we can’t be in the yard or deck for 5 minutes without having upwards of 5 mosquitos on each of us. I feel it was a complete waste of money and regret paying for the service. If you’re hoping it’ll clear your yard enough for you to actually use it, you’re better off just using bug spray.

PLEASE READ BEFORE AGREEING TO SERVICE- If there was half a star I'd give it. We took mosquito Joe up on their mail offer of treatment of an acre for $40- where as our property is only .58 acres and half of which is heavily wooded. We asked the technician to treat through the trees and lower portion of our property, he did not. But we figured it was a trial so why not. On their arrival of coming to our property a second time I was told we were being charged for an acre, and I called the office informed them that less than a quarter acre was treated. The representative was argumentative trying to tell me my house was a quarter acre... That's a 10,000 SQ ft house. Our home has an 800 SQ ft footprint. People definitely should do their research on what they are being charged for, I will not recommend their services to ANYONE

We moved into our new home and set up Mosquito Joe’s service— paid in full— and thought they were coming out. Until I called to cancel @ the end of the season and they said they had been going to the wrong address. It was a home we lived in years ago-said they’d get back to me and didn’t. I called 2 weeks later -said they’d get back to me and they didn’t. This happened 2 more times— and finally received an answer that there was nothing they could do.
