We had a strange bug infestation in some posts that we had gotten from Colorado. The team came out the day after I called, treated the posts and we saw an immediate decrease in bug activity. Unfortunately, the infestation sprouted up again. I called them up and they came out the next day and did an even more intensive treatment. Their response time is incredible and their customer service is unmatched.

I just want to shout out to Chad, couldn’t ask for better services or better mannerisms. This is who you should call because not only can he help you with one thing he has many talents, a jack of all trades! Quick On time gets the job done! Thank you Chad!

When we had squirrels who decided they wanted to move in with us we called All American Pest Control. Chad Woodard responded to our needs and not only did he evict the squirrels he sealed up their entrance so they could not regain access to our attic. He’s the best!

Extremely helpful and courteous when I called about a mouse infestation in my house!

All it took was a phone call and they immediately came right out and treated the entire inside/out for our ant problem. The worker was absolutely phenomenal and very informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s dealing with any sort of pest problem. Told us if we happen to see anymore, that they would come right back out and treat it again. I have done business with All American Pest Control since I purchased my house in 2007. I recently had my second round of termite spray completed and still no issues. They also spray monthly for spiders and it has made a huge differance in the amount that gets in my house which my wife loves (terrified of spiders). They are always very professional and friendly and are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

I’ve done business with AAPC for several years, for pre treatments for new constructions and bank or buyer required termite contracts and I’ve called Lance at the last minute before closings and he came right away and handled everything from the inspection to getting the contract and paperwork to the title company and everything in between in time for closing. Very professional and knowledgeable. All American pest control has serviced my personal home and commercial business for more than a decade. Wether it’s a large or small problem, they have always taken care of us quickly and efficiently. The techniques they use can take care of any issue. Highly recommend this business to others in NEA.

They are truly the best service company in Nea. They care about the customers. They have one employee that has worked in federal grants in solving bedbug issues. They actually did a no prep bedbug treatment in our home. No washing anything. No bagging anything. We had already had two other companies try. They sent out the bedbug guru that has 35 years experience and true to his words. The bites stopped the night he treated. Found out that he worked for Arkansas State University and built their in-house pest management. That way don’t have to call any to do it themselves. Not only do they care about problems. They don’t charge much at all. He told me they would rather make two nickels than a dime. It took me a day. But then I figured out that he meant do more cheaper jobs than high priced job. This guy also did free bedbug jobs for elderly people on fixed incomes, but would except donations to help pay it forward. Then I find out the company picks out a customer with bedbugs and they do a completely free bedbug treatment with a 90 warranty at Christmas time. Can’t say enough about how impressed we have been with them. One company suggested we even throw away our furniture! All American saved every piece of furniture we have!

They won’t come back for our 6 weeks return cause of a bad review which is our right but we spent a lot of money and they said they can’t come back because of the review very not professional. Call multiple times to get the tech to come back cause he didn’t do my laundry room like he supposed to and they haven’t had any one come out. Never will use them again

We used these folks 2 year and they done an awesome job at killing roaches but this time around they did not do anything I honestly think they sprayed just water and now after calling them they refuse to come back out basically they took my family for 250 dollars I highly recommend not to use them if you need pest control call the professional don’t get ripped off
