when I first had The Bug Guys, in 2022, they were great. When I moved to Hayfield in 2023, they were great. When I moved back to Mena in 2024, I have had nothing but trouble, conflict and attitude.I was even told I needed to pay even if i didn't get service. Every promise has been broken. Home Depot sells a great industrial strength indoor outdoor spray. Ian is no longer welcome in my home.
We are so thankful to have the Bug Guys as our pest control! Being a business owner with a restaurant and a lot of rental cabins, having a pest control that is reliable, thorough and affordable is a blessing! They are always quick to respond to pest needs, show up exactly when they say they will, and every one of their guys have been respectful and great to work with. highly recommend!
We were invaded by spiders. Not little spiders but medium to large size spiders in our Mena, Arkansas house!!!! The Bug Guys came in and in just a very short while they actually had the spider invasion completely destroyed! Most of all , they did what they said they would do!!! A pest company finally worked, YAY!! The Bug Guys are for real!! I would recommend The Bug Guys to anyone.
Our technician, Brandon, texts us to let us know when he is planning to arrive at our home. He always asks if we are have any specific problem areas. He is professional and polite!
