After many years with a different company, I switched to natural State pest control for their lawn & tree and shrub services. Yesterday, Jose came and fertilized our trees and shrubs. Today he returned to add pre-emergent to the lawns and fertilize one of them. Jose was totally communicative both days and with great ease answered questions I had. I have Hired the natural State pest control to take care of hornets wasp and bees & any insect that is crawling . I have had to call them more then three times to correct the problem & the issue has not been solved yet. I am definitely done with this company. I have videos multiple ants and insects crawling along my house and in my yard. I have been once gave them a good review I wish I could take that back. I had annual termite service with Natural State. I sold my home in March. Despite a closed sale Natural State charged me $322 in 9/2 for annual service without my knowledge or consent. They then left a message 9/25 they planned to show up for my annual service. The title company must have failed to notify Natural State the home had sold.
